Babygirl Lisa Hamme didn’t hold anything back last season on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Hamme spoke her mind both on and off-screen, most times to her own detriment. Throughout the season, Hamme was pretty active on her Instagram account, even giving away spoilers. This and her use of the n-word may have contributed to her getting let go from TLC. But despite breaking ties with the show, Hamme is still active on her Instagram. In fact, she has another account that not many people have caught onto.

Lisa Hamme and Usman’s relationship

When Hamme met her husband Usman Umar, she was concerned that he might be a scammer.

“I was 49 and Usman was 29 when we first met,” she said in an interview with Without a Crystal Ball. “And when we first met, I’ll be honest with you…I honestly thought, oh, great, another yahoo boy out of Nigeria that’s going to harass me to no end. And I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I don’t like that stigma.”

They continued to date and eventually got engaged. The latest season of the show followed Umar and Hamme as they constantly fought and Hamme lashed out at Umar out of jealousy.

Leaked footage of the tell-all special revealed that during one of their fights, Hamme even called Umar the n-word.

The breakup

After the show finished filming, Hamme confirmed that she and Umar had broken up and accused him of scamming her.

“He used me,” she said on Instagram. “He married me just to be on a TV show that people would recognize his name to sell his music. I tried to work with him, his brothers tried to work with him. He thinks it’s just him, he thinks he’s going to do what he wants and he’s never going to apologize for anything he’s ever said bad about me. He’s posing as what you call a romance scam, which is very illegal in Nigeria. It puts that stigma back onto Nigeria again and that’s what I didn’t want to do.”

Lisa Hamme’s Instagram presence

Hamme and Umar seem to use their social media accounts as their main mode of communication. They both constantly accuse one another of wrongdoings via Instagram. When Umar alleged that Hamme stole money from him, Hamme posted a series of pictures to refute his claim. Though Hamme no longer does interviews through TLC, fans never have to guess what is going on in her life because of how much she posts to social media.

Umar mostly uses his Instagram to promote his music career but is not above calling Hamme out on it from time to time as well.
