’90 Day Fiancé’: Dean Hashim Dishes On Tarik Myers Blowout, Repercussions
90 Day Fiancé star Dean Hashim has been struggling with his brother Tarik Myers from the get-go. Fans noticed that Hashim was rather doubtful about Myers’ relationship with Hazel during his time on the show. The brothers later appeared on Pillow Talk together, and stirred up some controversy after making derogatory and transphobic comments towards Tim Malcolm. Soon after, the brothers got into several arguments, and split. Now, Hashim is dishing on what went down and how he feels.

90 Day Fiancé stars Dean Hashim and Tarik Myers faced some backlash from fans of the show after making transphobic comments directed towards franchise star Tim Malcolm.
Malcolm notably takes care of his appearance, and also didn’t have sex with Jeniffer Tarazona, things that the brothers decided meant he was possibly a transgender individual.
“They way [Tim] crossed his legs, man, it don’t look like he got a pair of balls between ’em. I don’t know man, I can’t even cross my legs like that man, I’m blessed, you know what I mean? I can’t cross my legs like that. He crosses his legs more feminine than she do,” Hashim said during an episode.
“Here’s what I’m thinking, cause look man, me and my brother was saying the other day, he was like, ‘Yo, I think that used to be a female that turned himself into a man.”
“He trying to grow up here, you know. It ain’t ready, it ain’t fresh out the oven yet man. He can’t pull his pants down yet you know? I think what it is, when they get that sex change, they gotta give it time for that peter to grow, like a sprout,” he added.

After the Pillow Talk controversy, things began to sour between the two brothers — but not because of what went down with Tim Malcolm. At one point, Tarik Myers claimed his brother and 90 Day Fiancé co-star tried to get him fired from Pillow Talk.
“There’s bad blood from him to me. It got really ugly. And I don’t even know if I’m supposed to say this or not, but … he tried to get them to fire me,” Myers told Entertainment Tonight.
“He told them that if he couldn’t do Pillow Talk alone because he was the star, that he’d quit. So, news flash, Dean tried to get his brother fired off of Pillow Talk. Period. End of story. Now, if you don’t call that backstabbing…,” he added.
He went on to add that he doesn’t think he’ll ever be able to trust his brother again because of the Pillow Talk situation.
Dean Hashim dishes on what went down
Naturally, Dean Hashim has a different story about why the two stopped communicating. The 90 Day Fiancé star suggests that Tarik Myers blew up at him and got aggressively angry.
Hashim says he and Myers had an explosive fight in April 2019, and that was the beginning of the end for the two.
“Everybody who was in that room, when we had that 20-minute argument and he’s standing over me with his veins out of his neck like a maniac, they know why,” said Hashim, as reported by Us Weekly.
“They know why because they witnessed how volatile things get between us and it’s like, ‘Why? For what?’”
“I got tired of all of that underlying tension, drama. The final straw that made me make that decision was that big-a** argument, because it’s, like, ‘What are you proving? What are you doing?’ It just looked foolish to me, and it was stupid and I was embarrassed,” he added.
He later added that, after supposedly making amends, his brother went home and then quit the show. Hashim said he “just went completely two-faced on me.”
