’90 Day Fiancé’: Fans React to Paul and Karine Going House Hunting
In this week’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Paul Staehle and his wife, Karine Staehle, go looking for a home to live in with their son in America. However, the trip doesn’t go as planned, and the places they visit leave a lot to be desired for Karine. Read on to learn what fans are saying about the whole thing.
Paul and Karine go house hunting
Paul explains to the cameras that they need to look at “low-cost living options,” which doesn’t go down well when Karine sees where they could be living for the foreseeable future. Paul wants to make sure Karine is satisfied with the living arrangements, but she isn’t.
The first stop is a trailer that’s a “redo.” The place is completely run down and in disarray inside. There are belongings everywhere, and it’s unclear if the plumbing works. Karine says it’s “falling to pieces.” They go to the next stop, which is an RV, and Karine doesn’t seem pleased with that either.
Apparently, she isn’t “impressed” with the place. “I’m not impressed with these places,” Karine tells the cameras. “I prefer my house in Brazil over this.”
When they get a moment alone, Paul asks Karine what she thinks, and she straight up tells him, “No Paul.” She adds, “You no good husband.”
“I thought that being in America, my ideal home would have like about two bedrooms, and have space, a kitchen, a big yard where the baby could play and run. And if Paul doesn’t find a beautiful house, Pierre and I will come back to Brazil,” Karine tells the cameras. She walks away from Paul with the child, and it doesn’t seem like she’s happy at all with the way things are going in America so far.
Fans react to Paul and Karine going house hunting
Paul and Karine aren’t having an easy time so far. Paul’s mom refuses to help support them, so they are looking at low-cost housing to start their lives off. However, Karine isn’t happy with their options and people have a lot of strong opinions about it.
One fan thinks Paul is trying, and you’ve got to start somewhere. “Paul is trying as hard as he can, and Karine isn’t giving him the time of day. You have to start somewhere, so the camper is better than nothing,” a fan wrote on Twitter.
Another fan thinks Karine should just return to Brazil. “Karine should just pack it up and move back to Brazil,” a Twitter user wrote.
A fan wonders why Paul is looking at options that would be nowhere near ready to move in any time soon. Without plumbing or a working kitchen, it might be tough with a baby.
“Why is Paul looking at a house that won’t be ready to move into for several weeks? When he needs a place for Karine, Pierre, and himself….now,” a Twitter user said.
One fan thinks Karine’s options for housing were better in Brazil. “Karine had better housing options in Brazil,” a fan wrote on Twitter.
