’90 Day Fiancé’: Fans Wonder if Deavan Clegg’s Boyfriend Is Wearing a Wedding Band
The split between Deavan Clegg and her estranged husband, Jihoon Lee of South Korea, has been one of the most dramatic, prolonged breakups in the history of TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way couple often wrestled with financial problems and issues of trust and dishonesty.
Most recently, they were uninvited from the 90 Day Fiancé Tell-All due to Deavan’s accusations against Jihoon (all of which he has denied), which include allegations of abuse against her daughter, Drascilla. Meanwhile, Jihoon accused Deavan of keeping their young son, Taeyang, from him after she returned to the U.S. with the kids.
While Jihoon has focused on creating social media content in the wake of the breakup, Deavan moved on with Topher Park, a model and actor from Los Angeles. 90 Day Fiancé fans debated the potential meaning of a slender band on Park’s finger after Deavan’s most recent Instagram post.

On October 23, Deavan posted a cute photo of Park wandering through a corn maze at a nearby pumpkin patch with Taeyang atop his shoulders. “Feeling blessed,” the 23-year-old mom of two captioned the Instagram snapshot.
But a few 90 Day Fiancé fans immediately noticed a shiny gold band around Deavan’s boyfriend’s ring finger. Some even wondered if the pair had already gotten engaged or married, arguing that it was fast – too fast – if they had.
“Wow a wedding band?” one fan wondered.
“If she got married to this guy, she’s committing adultery, as she is still legally married to Jihoon,” another follower argued.
But other 90 Day Fiancé fans thought it was most likely just a fashion ring, or possibly a couple’s ring or promise ring.
“Probably a couple ring?” one Instagram user guessed. “Very common in Asian countries, especially in [South Korea].”
Either way, Deavan didn’t answer the curious fans’ questions about the mysterious ring, let alone a possible engagement or wedding.
Some fans criticized the ’90 Day Fiancé’ star
In addition to speculating about the ring, several fans criticized Deavan for moving on from her estranged husband “too quickly.” Many 90 Day Fiancé fans have expressed doubts about Deavan’s accusations against Jihoon, arguing instead that she might have exaggerated in order to justify moving on to a new boyfriend.
Upon seeing Park in yet another photo with Deavan and Jihoon’s son, some 90 Day Fiancé fans insisted that she was treating Jihoon as “replaceable” or “disposable.” Others warned Deavan against keeping Taeyang and Jihoon apart from each other (which she has denied).
“Just know that your son deserves his father and not a replacement,” one fan advised Deavan.
Others supported the Utah-based mom
While some 90 Day Fiancé fans thought Deavan was being reckless by getting into another serious relationship so soon after her separation, others argued that she had the right to pursue happiness in her life.
“Definitely an upgrade!” one Instagram user commented. “I’m happy for you and your lil family. Everyone deserves happiness.”
Several others pointed out that Jihoon, too, had a major part to play in his breakup from Deavan – especially due to his alleged immaturity and dishonesty. After all, he lied about his past criminal record and debt, allowing Deavan to move to his home country with her kids twice when he didn’t have a stable career or living space.
“Are we all watching a different show?” one supporter asked Deavan’s critics. “She tried making it work. She moved TWICE for him. Don’t be a**holes. She deserves to be happy.”
“She doesn’t need another child to look after,” another 90 Day Fiancé fan wrote. “She has every right to date somebody else & be happy.”
Once again, it looks like the aftermath of Jihoon and Deavan’s protracted breakup and divorce will continue to be hotly debated by fans for some time to come.
