‘90 Day Fiancé’: Geoffrey Pachel’s Ex-Fiancée Mary Wallace Was at the Trial Crying as He Was Found Guilty
Former 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star, Geoffrey Paschel has been found guilty on all three counts. He’s now facing a substantial time behind bars. After his verdict was read, the CourtTV cameras, live from the courtroom, showed Geoffrey’s ex-fiancé, Mary Wallace, crying behind him. What does this mean?
Geoffrey was found guilty on all counts
On October 6th, CourtTV began live streaming Geoffrey’s domestic violence case against his other ex-fiancée, Kristen Wilson. On June 9th, 2019, the former 90 Day Fiancé star beat the victim and kept her trapped without a phone, keeping her from calling for help. During the second day of the trial, October 7th, both Geoffrey and Ms. Wilson took the stand for cross-examination.
The jury left to deliberate and after only an hour and 45 minutes, the jury came to a verdict. They read to the court their decision. Geoffrey was found guilty on all three counts of aggravated kidnapping, domestic violence, and interference of an emergency call. The former reality TV star’s sentencing hearing will be on December 3rd, 2021. He is facing anywhere from 8 to 30 years in prison.
Mary was crying as Geoffrey was being taken away
After the verdict was read, Geoffrey was on the CourtTV live stream getting handcuffed. Right before he’s getting taken away, he turns to the seats behind him, and the camera reveals that his ex-fiancée, Mary Wallace, is there crying and talking to him.
90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Day fans instantly recognized Mary from her time on the show. She was Geoffrey’s good friend that he confided in when things were going south with his then-girlfriend, Varya Malina. After returning to Knoxville, Tennesee, he found comfort in Mary and began dating her again. This caused lots of drama when Varya flew all the way from Russia to surprise Geoffrey on his ranch. She was in for a shock when she saw that Mary was there with him and had stayed the night.
Does this mean Geoffrey and Mary are together?
Because of Geoffrey’s criminal history and domestic violence charges, the 90 Day Fiancé fans asked for the removal of Geoffrey from the show. Because of this, Geoffrey and Varya were never featured on the reunion or Tell-All episode, so there was never a conclusion to their story. So after Geoffrey and Varya decided to get engaged at the end of the season, there was no more mention of Mary.
Fans felt terrible for Mary because she was always there, as his friend, but he dropped her when Varya came back into the picture. While there were obviously feelings on Mary’s part, it was hard to see if Geoffrey felt the same way about her. It appears that right now, Mary was the only one in the courtroom on Geoffrey’s side.
It reminds to be seen if Mary will come out and reveal the truth behind her tears. Are they just friends, or are they something more?
