Geoffrey Paschel and Varya Malina were notably missing from the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days “Tell-All.” When fans of the show found out that Geoffrey was being accused of abuse by an ex-girlfriend, and that she wasn’t the first ex to do so, they started a petition to get him removed from the show. It seems that TLC paid attention to what fans were saying and uninvited Geoffrey from the reunion episode.

“I feel that the network has bowed down to the pressure of a few thousand people as opposed to the 3 million people that watch the show, which is unfortunate. We’re in a different time now. The whole Me Too movement and whatever. So there’s a lot of pressure to cower to the minority and wanting to make sure that they’re making the wrong decision,” Geoffrey said of not receiving an invite to the ‘Tell-All’ in an interview with The Domenick Nati Show on May 19.

Geoffrey Paschel’s June 2019 arrest

As for the abuse allegations, Geoffrey was arrested in June 2019 after an ex-girlfriend called the police claiming that Geoffrey had assaulted her.

“When I first got arrested in June it was for domestic assault, which is bad in itself but it’s a misdemeanor. They tried to drop the chargers but the ‘victim’ [he said this using air quotes] didn’t want to drop it. She pressed forward,” he told Nati.

Geoffrey continued: “They offered me no punishment whatsoever just to have it on my record. I said, ‘No. Absolutely not.’ They said, ‘If you don’t take it, we’re gonna take you to the grand jury, try to trump up the charges, we’ll try to get you on kidnapping…’ I was like, ‘You do whatever the hell you want to do. I am not accepting anything other than a full exoneration.’”

The reality star’s court date keeps getting pushed back, he says because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Since Geoffrey wasn’t invited to the 90 Day Fiancé “Tell-All,” Varya decided not to attend either.

“We came there as a team but them inviting only me… How can I tell his story, his side, with my poor English? I think it’s not fair,” she said in her own interview with The Domenick Nati Show on June 3.

Geoffrey cancels his ‘Tell-All,’ says he wasn’t fired from ’90 Day Fiancé’

So the plan was for Geoffrey and Varya to do their own “Tell-All.” They filmed it and everything. Nati hosted. But at the last minute, Geoffrey announced that he wouldn’t be releasing the video.

“I’m not gonna be releasing that Tell-All. Maybe one day I’ll do it for sh*ts and giggles,” he said in an Instagram Live video.

Geoffrey was also sure to note that he “wasn’t fired” and that his “contract is still valid.” He said he was still a 90 Day Fiancé cast member.

As for finding out what happened between him, Varya, and Mary, Geoffrey says, “Just be patient. I promise, promise, promise it will be worth it.”
