Geoffrey Paschel found guilty of kidnapping and domestic abuse

October 7th was the 2nd day of Geoffrey’s trial for abusing his ex-girlfriend, Kristen Wilson. She recalled Geoffrey repeatedly bashing her face into the steps and walls on the night of June 9th, 2019. She said that Geoffrey dragged her up and down the stairs, resulting in many injuries to her body and face. The evidence included startling photos of Kristen’s injuries, including two black eyes, a giant knot on her head, and a bruised spine. The trial aired internationally, live on Court TV.

After Geoffrey abused the victim, he kept her trapped in a room with him while holding her phone from her. Geoffrey took the stand in his defense, claiming Kristen’s injuries were self-inflicted. Despite Geoffrey’s counter-claims, he was found guilty on all counts. The charges include aggravated kidnapping, domestic violence, and interference of an emergency call. The charges hold a weighty sentence. Geoffrey is facing anywhere from 8 to 10 years of jail time. The former 90 Day Fiancé star is currently awaiting his sentencing, which takes place on December 3rd, 2021.

He is always helping make this world a better place and I have never met a person that works as hard as he does.”

Dakota says his father ‘doesn’t deserve what happened to him’

The caption continues: “We are all overwhelmed, devastated, and heart-broken about what happened to him on October 7th, 2021.” Dakota continues, “This country is supposed to be built on justice for all. My dad trusted the system. The court system is supposed to give people what they deserve.”

Geoffery’s son claims, “He doesn’t deserve what has happened to him. Please support us in getting him the help he needs. You all have been there for him the past few years and it means so much to him and all of us.” The caption ends with Dakota asking Geoffrey’s followers for donations.

Dakota’s post is the first time anyone from Geoffrey’s side has spoken up since the trial. Now that Geoffrey is facing upwards of 30 years in prison, his family is doing anything they can to pay his legal fees in the hopes of getting him out of jail.
