Angela Deem and her fiancé Michael Ilesanmi have been fighting a lot on this season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?. But despite their relationship hurdles, the couple is moving ahead with their Nigerian wedding. However, in a sneak peek for the upcoming episode, Angela begins feeling anxious on her big day and repeatedly says she feels unwell.

Angela breaks down when thinking of her family on ’90 Day Fiancé’ Happily Ever After’

Earlier this season on 90 Day Fiancé’ Happily Ever After, Angela breaks down when thinking about the absence of her family at the wedding. She goes to a florist with Michael to order her bouquet and asks the designer to include flowers representing her mom, kids, and grandchildren. 

“Even with the bouquet, it’s not the same,” Angela says in a confessional. “This wedding ain’t gonna be easy for me at all.”

She tells the florist that these special moments before the wedding make her miss her family even more. “It’s all fun, and then when reality hits me—my family’s not gonna be here,” she says through tears. “With this bouquet, they’re going to be a part of this wedding, one way or another.”

In a more recent episode, Angela’s best friend Jojo arrives in Nigeria for the wedding. Angela is upset that her family couldn’t make the trip, but she’s relieved to have her friend there for support. 

“I’m really heartbroken that no one in my family is able to attend my wedding here in Nigeria,” she tells 90 Day Fiancé’ Happily Ever After producers.  “Thank God I’m not going to have to go through it all by myself.”

In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode of 90 Day Fiancé’ Happily Ever After, Angela, Michael, and Jojo begin getting ready for the big day. But when Angela arrives at the cabin to get dressed, she begins feeling nervous. 

“I’m getting married today,” she says in the clip. “I’m scared to death.  — I guess I should be happy to get down to the altar. But the reality is, there’s just too much going on in my mind right now, it’s really too much to process. We’re getting ready to tie the knot here in Nigeria, but this is not how I envisioned it.”

As she and Jojo get situated, Angela repeatedly says she’s not feeling well. She tells producers that the absence of her family is really beginning to hit her.

“I thought I would have my mom, my grandkids, my daughter to help me get ready,” she says. “I’m so grateful to Jojo, but honestly, it’s just not the same.”

When the hairdresser arrives to do Angela’s hair and veil, she kicks Michael out of the cabin so he doesn’t see it before the wedding. But as she sits down to get her bridal makeover, Angela starts feeling more anxious. 

“Gosh, damned it man, I don’t feel good right now,” she tells Jojo. “I’m having anxieties.”

Fans will get to see whether or not Angela made it down the aisle as the season continues to unfold. New episodes of 90 Day Fiancé’ Happily Ever After air Sunday nights on TLC.
