On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa are finally home from the trip to Washington to visit Asuelu’s family. The trip was more than eventful for all the wrong reasons. Asuelu’s family requested $1,000 from him, but he only offers up $100, considering he’s only working part-time and Kalani stays at home with the children.

There’s some major drama over the fact that Asuelu doesn’t have more money to contribute to his family. Kalani even takes the time to speak with Asuelu’s mother, Lesina, and his sister, Tammy, about it. However, that leads to a blow-up argument that spills over into Kalani and Asuelu’s relationship.

Now that they’re back home in Utah, Kalani’s father, Low, decides to speak with Asuelu about events. Read on to learn how it all goes down.

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode, Kalani’s father, Low, speaks with Asuelu. Low comes into a room where Asuelu is painting a bold color on the wall. He asks him what he’s doing, and Asuelu says he’s painting, and that Kalani chose the color.

“I heard from ‘Lani some things about Washington that I do not like,” Low straight up tells Asuelu. “She said you just turned into something that she had never seen before.”

Low tells producers that he had the same “anger” when he was Asuelu’s age. “I had that anger when I was his age,” Low says. “I think Asuelu is afraid my temper is going to come out. But I have to show him that you can control your temper.”

Low broaches the subject of Asuelu’s family and what they had to say in regards to Asuelu giving them money. “It didn’t make sense to me,” Low says.

Asuelu seems to agree, and tries to explain what he told them. “That’s how I told to my mom,” Asuelu replies. “We send you money if we have enough. But if not, sorry we will not send you money.”

“It’s hard here. It’s very expensive,” Low tells Asuelu. “You know what I mean?” Asuelu understands, and next, Low asks Asuelu about a meeting with his family.

“So this meeting with your family, what do you want to accomplish out of that?” Low asks him. “What are we looking for?”

Apparently, Asuelu is looking for some advice that could potentially help his relationship with his wife. “I want to bring them here, apologies whatever they say,” Asuelu tells him. “And maybe my parents and Kalani’s parents will like, give us the kids, the advice and give us what need to think. Maybe this will help our relationship.”

Asuelu also mentions that he told his family that he doesn’t want any drama. Low tells the cameras that he hopes Asuelu will “stand up” in the meeting between the families.

“And if I see that he doesn’t do what he’s supposed to do, then I’ll have to stand up. But hopefully he doesn’t have to see that,” Low explains to producers.

Low tells Asuelu to “enjoy painting” as he walks away. It sounds like there could be some more drama coming when the families get together. We’ll have to wait and see how things play out from here.
