Kenny tells Armando how ‘homesick’ he feels living in Mexico

On the Oct 24 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way (via discovery+), Kenny finds out that he will be a grandfather for the second time during a video call with two of his daughters, Cassidy and Madison. Kenny felt guilty for not being with his daughter, Cassidy, during her first pregnancy. While Kenny has always promised to be honest with Armando, he’s been hiding just how homesick he is from his fiancé.

Finally, Kenny explained to Armando just how lonely he’s been feeling while in Mexico. He said, “I’m going to be honest with you, I do struggle because I do miss it there a lot. I am really homesick.” Armando is worried that Kenny is going to cancel the wedding and go home because of his feelings.

What’s stopping Armando from living in the US with Kenny?

Armando said, “When Kenny and I started talking about living together, we decided to live here in Mexico.” He explained the reasoning behind that decision. He said they decided to stay in Mexico “because of Hannah.” Armando explained, “She has my parents. She has her mother’s parents that she needs to visit and see often because of her young age.”

However, Armando realizes just how difficult living away from his family is on Kenneth. He said, “I know he left a lot. [He] left his whole life for me. And I get it’s a big change, and it’s a different country. There’s a lot he had to adjust to.” He said that knowing how homesick Kenny is “weighs down” on him. Armando says it makes him feel guilty.

Will Kenny want to go back to the US without Armando to be with his family?

When Kenny admitted how homesick he’s been feeling, Armando was worried it meant he wanted to go home for good. Armando asked him, “I understand you’re homesick and that you miss your kids, but I hope this isn’t something where you’d want to go back home and cancel the wedding.”

Kenny assured Armando it wasn’t like that. He says, “It’s not like that, I’m just trying to be upfront with you about missing everything, and I’m missing out on a lot.” While it appears that Kenny is still very much living in Mexico with Kenny, he did just recently take a trip to the US for the birth of his second grandson, Julian, on Oct 22, 2021.

It has not been easy for Kenny to be away from his family. However, his entire family will come out to Mexico for his and Armando’s beachfront wedding. To see what happens with Armando and Kenny’s relationship, fans will have to continue watching season 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.
