Nicole and Azan break up

Audiences first met Nicole when she appeared on 90 Day Fiancé Season 4, where she met Azan for the first time. She and Azan appeared on a few more seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After. After sparking their online romance, Nicole left her family and her daughter, May, behind to meet her online romance. Nicole had gone back and forth for many trips, one of which she got engaged to Azan. However, the pair never made it down the aisle. They called off the wedding twice due to cheating allegations on both sides.

It appears that Nicole and Azan are no longer together. Nicole broke the news when she removed the “engaged to H” from her Instagram bio — since Azan’s real name is Hassan M’Raouni. She also confirmed in her Instagram story that they were broken up. While there isn’t much information regarding the split, the two called it quits after Nicole’s trip to Morocco in August 2020.

Nicole updates her fans on her life

On Sept. 13th, Nicole posted a smiling selfie for her fans on her Instagram account. In the caption, Nicole gives her first real update since her split with Azan. The post starts, “Here’s a couple life updates with me. I made a big decision in my life. I’m enrolled in college at SCF!”

The 27-year-old says it’s been “a challenge” going to the State College of Florida after being out of school for so long. She says, “But I am determined to make a better life for me and my daughter.” Nicole says that she already has a plan for what she wants to be doing. She says, “I am currently working on pre recs to get into the Radiology program.”

Nicole then gushed about her wonderful and “supportive family.” She says, “They help keep me going on the days that I doubt myself.” The 90 Day Fiancé star then confirmed, officially, that she and Azan are done. She said, “For those who have asked, my relationship with Azan has ended. I am currently concentrating on school and making sure my focus is on what’s important.”

What’s next for Nicole?

It’s a fresh start for Nicole, and she’s taking advantage of it. Fans remember in her time on 90 Day Fiancé that she could barely keep her job as a barista because she was always going back and forth for Azan. Now that he’s out of the picture, she’s going to focus her attention on her 6-year-old daughter, May.

90 Day Fiancé fans remember how Nicole would give all of the extra money she had to her then-boyfriend Azan while he was unemployed. During the first season alone, she had given more than $1,600 to him. In later seasons, she reportedly gave him over $6,000, saying that he would use the money to buy a beauty shop in Morocco. She told her family that lie, knowing the beauty shop never existed.

90 Day Fiancé fans are proud of Nicole for standing up for herself and doing what’s best for her life. Now that she’s no longer spending every dime going back and forth to Azan and giving him money, she will be able to use that money for her and May’s future. That gets fans wondering, could 90 Day: The Single Life be the next step for Nicole?
