Paola is a personal trainer and a nutrition coach according to one of her pages on Instagram. She’s also a Zumba instructor, but she’s starting a new venture is as a professional wrestler. She announced the news on March 25, 2021, on social media. In a post on Instagram, she shared some video clips of herself in the ring with a few people appearing to be training. The routines are intricate, and it’s clear she’s been training and working hard.
“Meet your new wrestler 🤼♀️ bringing all the Colombian fire 🔥 ,” she wrote in a portion on the post.
Paola Mayfield reveals her new look as a professional wrestler
Fans received their first glimpse of Paola’s wrestling look on April 9, 2021, on social media. Paola shared a number of shots of her posing while wearing a set of small shorts in black, pink, silver, and beige. The look also includes black and pinks boots along with a top that looks like a bra. She has her long pink hair with sleeves on her arms as well. There are rhinestones throughout the look. There’s even a poster of Paola’s first event shared too. She also took the time to reveal her wrestling name as “Paola Blaze.”
Paola captioned the post on Instagram with: “The Moment is here 😎 Meet Paola Blaze, your new favorite wrestler. I’ve been waiting for this moment for so long! I can’t believe in a couple of days, on May 1st, I will be making my debut as a wrestler. I can finally show all my hard work and dedication! You never know what you want in life until you try many things, and I’m glad I did! I have fun, I make money, and I make people angry. 😅 I’ve done so many things in my life that I’m very proud of and others not so much, but here I am from being a shoe designer in Colombia to modeling and acting to a very controversial TV personality, a personal trainer, nutrition coach, Zumba instructor, and now a wrestler 🤼.”
She reveals that she’s been training since 2020. “I’ve been training since last year, very hard and quietly,” she continues. “Wrestling requires so many skills that I didn’t know I have but d*** I’m very good at them! I love it, it makes me feel alive and powerful! I wish I knew wrestling before but now it is my time to show you what this Latina is made of! I’m bringing the fire!” She also invited her fans to her “first live match” on May 1st which will take place in Hialeah Gardens, Florida.

On April 23, Paola shared a video of herself in the ring with another person as they go at it. The video perfectly shows Paola’s wrestling skills, and it’s clear she’s been training hard. Paola gets the other person in a headlock, but they push Paola toward the ring. Paola gets them down to the ground, making motions with her finger. Then the other person tries to come after Paola, who moves around the ring, going between their legs when her opponent jumps in the air. Paola takes them down by their legs, and gets on top of them, grabbing their legs again as they try to get away. Then Paola grabs their hands as they lay on their stomach with their legs bound by Paola’s stance. It’s a pretty intricate routine, and it shows all the skills and details that go into professional wrestling.
Paola captioned the post on Instagram saying “#paolablaze submission 😎 …#prowrestling #prowrestler.” She tagged that she’s at Magic City Wrestling Federation at the time of the posting.
