90 Day Fiancé sees its fair share of controversial stars on the show, but some fans seem to think Babygirl Lisa Hamme takes the cake. The reality star has been receiving flak from fans from the get-go. However, things have gotten especially bad recently after Hamme’s partner, Usman Umar, came forward with claims that she’s called him the n-word. Now, a petition to remove Hamme from the show is still gaining traction even though the season is at its end.

Babygirl Lisa Hamme to appear on ‘90 Day Fiancé’ spinoff

The 90 Day Fiancé franchise has plenty of spinoffs, and it appears as though Babygirl Lisa hamme has been tapped for the latest.

Despite the hate levied at her since her appearance on the show, or perhaps because of it, TLC has decided to give Hamme another platform. The reality star will appear on a spinoff called Strikes Back in which several controversial stars will have an opportunity to clap back at the haters.

The series will be self-shot, and will star several other cast members alongside Hamme. Soap Dirt reports that Tom Brooks will also be reappearing, but that Geoffrey Paschel will not.

Usman Umar claimed Babygirl Lisa called him a racial slur

Babygirl Lisa Hamme has faced plenty of backlash for her behavior since she first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé. The reality star was notably rude towards her would-be partner, Nigerian rapper Usman Umar.

Hamme was notably jealous, refusing to entertain the idea of Umar having dedicated female fans, and trying to prevent Umar from using a model in one of his music videos. Hamme also tended to bully and bulldoze Umar on matters of their relationship.

Umar revealed that Hamme had called him the n-word during their time together. He revealed during the tell-all, “Lisa, last week you called me n*gger which I know is totally inappropriate in America. You called me n*gger, I don’t even get angry about it because I am used to how you are behaving.”

Hamme received rapid and intense backlash from fans of the show for using racial slurs. Sadly, it wasn’t the first time Hamme had been caught behaving poorly off the show. Hamme has notably used racial slurs on social media in the past, as well as homophobic language.

A petition to remove Babygirl Lisa is still gaining signatures

Some 90 Day Fiancé fans had enough of Babygirl Lisa Hamme’s behavior, and wanted to have her booted from the show. A petition started on Change.org calls for Hamme to be removed from the show for her use of racial epithets.

The petition reads, “Past cast members have been terminated for homophobic slurs, and the same standards should apply for when racist slurs are used. TLC should not employ these people regardless of how much attention they get. To keep her shows  they condone it, and have selective preferences. She has been documented saying the slur, and admitted it on social media. THIS IS NOT OKAY. Make the right choice TLC.”

The petition is still receiving signatures even now. It remains to be seen whether or not TLC  will make any sort of statement about Hamme’s behavior, or if there will be any serious repercussions. Due to the fact that she is tapped to appear on a new spinoff, it doesn’t seem as if TLC has any current plans to hold Hamme responsible.
