’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Larissa Lima Reveals Photos of Botched Lip Surgery on Social Media

Larissa Dos Santos Lima has been pretty candid about her experiences with plastic surgery. And in a recent post, the former 90 Day Fiancé star revealed how her latest round of lip injections ended up botched.

On this past season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, viewers watched Larissa go through with the plastic surgery procedures she had been hoping for. Early on in the season, she revealed that she enhanced her lips, cheeks, and chin. And in the final episodes, the reality star allowed cameras to document her experiences before and after getting a nose and boob job. 

“I’m a big fan of cosmetic procedures,” Larissa told ET. “Having cosmetic surgery was something that I really wanted to do a long time ago.”

“I’m not done,” she continued. “Once we drink the wine of the plastic surgery, we start to find things that we can fix, we can change, you know? And once I tried, I don’t want to stop.”

Stars who go under the knife are not always forthcoming about their experiences. But Larissa has always been very candid about her procedures, the cost of recovery, and her reasons for getting them done.

“Looking back, I believe I’m the first cast member to be so open to discuss my procedures, but I understand why others have not,” Larissa wrote in an Instagram story this summer, just before getting liposuction and diastasis surgery on her abdomen. “I am not afraid or embarrassed to be honest what I do with my body.”

“Surgery is not for everyone,” she continued. “It is controversial, I understand that, but I am excited to have it done and to share my journey and experiences with you.”

Larissa Lima reveals her recent lip injections were botched

In a recent Instagram story, Larissa shared photos of her recent lip injections. Without naming the Colorado facility she went to, the reality star revealed how the procedure was botched. 

“It hit two blood vessels and I almost lost my lips,” she said while sharing photos of her bruised lips. 

Larissa explained that she went in for a Russian lip procedure, which involves a technique that makes lips look fuller. “Not a lot of people know how to do [it],” she continued. “And I end up in the hands of a bad professional.”

But the reality star suggested her followers use this experience as a warning and only go to established professionals. Larissa noted that the only reason she didn’t go to her regular Las Vegas-based esthetician was because she is currently in Colorado and can’t fly back and forth every time she needs a lip injection. 

“But I learned my lesson,” she added. “It’s very important that you find a good professional.”
