Inside Tania and Syngin’s marital problems on ’90 Day Fiancé’

The latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? exposed some major issues in Tania and Syngin’s relationship. Syngin has already admitted that moving to Colchester, Connecticut from South Africa has been difficult.

The two had planned on moving to a warmer area of the country to help alleviate some of this stress, but Tania’s foot injury has delayed their plans. To make things even worse, the couple is experiencing financial issues now that Tania cannot work.

In the latest installment of 90 Day Fiancé, Syngin admitted that he has been hitting the booze too often lately. But he turned the tables on Tania when he told her that he also feels “suffocated.”

He then dropped the bombshell that he doesn’t know life in America is something he wants. Tania, who has been very clear about settling down in the US and starting a family with Syngin, immediately cried and questioned why she was putting up with the drama “if he didn’t even know if he wanted to stay” with her.

“I feel like now I am worried, because it’s like, like, what are you doing with me then?” she added. “I’m confused. So then that’s something you should’ve thought about, because I said it. So when we were living together and you weren’t thinking about a future together, I was.”

Syngin dug himself an even deeper hole with his response. Instead of comforting Tania, he admitted that perhaps he wasn’t ready to start a new life with her.

Is Syngin boozing it up to cope with Tania?

Syngin and Tania have already shared plenty of difficult moments in season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? but things are only going to get worse from here on out. Recent spoilers revealed that Tania will grow very worried about Syngin’s drinking issues.

Syngin started to booze it up after Tania’s foot injury left her out of commission. With nobody around to pick up the slack, Syngin turned to alcohol to solve his problems.

It also didn’t help that Syngin failed to land the job he applied for. The rejection clearly affected him in a bad way and has only added another layer of stress to his marriage.

For her part, Tania is very worried that Syngin is about to go off the rails. In a recent 90 Day Fiancé teaser, she told the cameras that Syngin often does not know “when to stop” drinking, especially when he is dealing with too much stress in his personal life.

As fans will recall, the couple faced similar issues during their time on 90 Day Fiancé. With the stresses of life piling up, Syngin drank Tania’s hard liquor stash, a move that led to an explosive fight in front of the cameras.

Tania says Snygin is a different person when he drinks

In the current season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, fans know that Tania and Syngin will get in quite a few squabbles. And with the pair spending more time together because of her foot injury, things aren’t going to get any better.

In a trailer for an upcoming episode, Tania confessed that she often feels like she is with “two different people” when Syngin drinks. The reality star revealed that Syngin wants to move their relationship in the right direction whenever he is sober.
