’90 Day Fiancé’: Usman Umar Accuses Babygirl Lisa Hamme of Stealing $26,000 From Him

The saga of Babygirl Lisa Hamme and Usman Umar is never-ending. The former 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days couple is no longer together on our tv screens but they are still blasting their drama all over the internet. After the show finished taping, Hamme announced that she and Umar had broken up and she accused him of scamming her. Now, Umar is saying that Hamme stole thousands of dollars from him.

Hamme and Umar were a peculiar couple from the start. Their huge age difference wasn’t the only thing that caused their friends and family to have suspicions about their relationship. The two also could never seem to get along. Every day, they were fighting about something. Hamme was always jealous of the attention that Umar received from being a rapper. She commonly cursed him out and belittled him. Despite all of that, the two got married.

Leaked footage from the tell-all event revealed that Hamme even called Umar the n-word off-camera.

The breakup

While the season was airing, Umar did an interview where he claimed that he only married Hamme because she threatened to hurt herself if he did not. That was the last straw for Hamme.

“I’ve been the good Hausa Muslim wife here in the United States,” she said in an Instagram Live. “I’ll be married a year [on] August 29, but after hearing the garbage coming out of SojaBoy’s mouth saying that I tried to hang myself and commit suicide? Big f*ck up, SojaBoy. Big f*ck up.”

She went on to claim that Umar scammed her.

“He used me,” she said. “He married me just to be on a TV show that people would recognize his name to sell his music. I tried to work with him, his brothers tried to work with him. He thinks it’s just him, he thinks he’s going to do what he wants and he’s never going to apologize for anything he’s ever said bad about me. He’s posing as what you call a romance scam, which is very illegal in Nigeria. It puts that stigma back onto Nigeria again and that’s what I didn’t want to do.”

Usman says Lisa owes him money

Though Hamme claims that Umar was the one doing the scamming, Umar is now saying that Hamme owes him money.

“I’m a good Nigerian who sacrificed a lot to make someone happy including losing my job, but today I was called scammer by the same person I make happy. I wonder how scammer can be on tv always and on social media relating with big politicians and some prominent people, after calling ME n-word, calling scammer, and now I have been blackmailed with my own money,” he wrote on his Instagram story.

Umar also made a video on Instagram where he showed a $26,000 check that was written to Hamme from Cameo for SojaBoy. In the video, he says that Cameo does not have a way to pay him directly because of his African bank account so he either had to appoint someone to receive his money or be paid through Paypal. He chose Hamme to receive the money for him as she promised to wire the funds once she received them. Umar claims that after Hamme received the money, she deposited it in her account and then avoided him or started an argument every time he would bring it up.

He claims that he has still not received the money from Hamme.
