Fans of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days turned against Geoffrey Paschel once abuse allegations from the past were revealed. They then hoped Varya Malina wouldn’t continue to date him. Malina responded to fans saying she dodged a bullet in a new interview.
Geoffrey Paschel dumped Varya Malina on ’90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days’
This season started with Paschel going to Russia to meet Malina and propose. He told her that he previously went to prison due to a drug conviction. Paschel then proposed to her but she refused to say yes and asked for more time.
He decided to end their relationship and go back to Tennessee. He stopped answering her texts and thought about starting to date his friend, Mary Wallace.
Fans wanted Varya and Mary to be done with him
That’s when 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days took a turn. Fans were hoping Wallace and Malina wouldn’t date Paschel. That’s because he’s been accused of domestic violence by an ex-girlfriend.
“He repeatedly bashed/slammed my head into the hardwood floors of my home,” a woman claimed in her request for an order of protection, according to Knox News. She also claimed, “He dragged me through the house by my hair and continued throwing my body into walls and furniture. I know this because of blood on my walls, furniture, etc.” Paschel later denied these claims.
Malina went to Tennessee to win him back after the breakup. He sent Wallace away and the season ended with him proposing to Malina again.
She responded to people who told her she dodged a bullet
Many fans were supportive of Malina and Wallace. They both wanted them to end their relationship with Paschel because of the accusations against him.
“The most popular comment in my DMs was ‘Varya, you dodged a bullet,'” she revealed on Instagram Live with The Domenick Nati Show. “It was everywhere and I want to say that Geoffrey’s not a bullet. He’s like a AK47. He’s like if you will run and zig zag, you can’t. You have no chance to dodge the bullet.”
Malina said she didn’t get any death threats from people who’ve watched the season. She refused to reveal whether they are still together today.
It does seem like she’s willing to show him public support. She refused to participate in the Tell All because Paschel wasn’t invited. They will be doing their own Tell All to reveal to fans what happened between them after the finale.
