Tammy tried to attack Kalani on ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?’

Earlier this season on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Kalani and Asuelu went to Washington to reconnect with his mom, Lesina, and his sister, Tammy. But when Asuelu doesn’t give them the $1000 they were expecting, they trash him and Kalani for not helping the family.

Asuelu tries to explain his financial situation, and even breaks down in tears, telling his mom that he doesn’t want his kids to be homeless and starving. But Lesina continues to insist he give her what she wants.

When Kalani meets up with Lesina and Tammy on her own, in an effort to resolve things, the situation gets worse. When they suggest that Kalani divorce Asuelu, Kalani tears up and decides to leave.

But as Kalani walks away, Tammy tries to attack her. Lesina manages to hold her daughter back, but the incident causes more tension in Kalani and Asuelu’s relationship.

In a recent episode of ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?,’ Asuelu Tammy to apologize to Kalani

When Lesina and Tammy come to Utah to visit Asuelu, he arranges a lunch for them to meet with Kalani and her parents. On the way to the restaurant, he asks them both to apologize to his wife for their unreasonable behavior.

“I want both families to talk,” he says. “Kalani didn’t do anything wrong to me or you guys, so I want you guys to come here to go and apologize.”

But Tammy snaps at her brother and says she has no need to apologize to Kalani. She tells him that she stood up for him, and told Kalani that she should get a divorce because that’s how she felt.

“There’s a lot of things that I don’t like about Kalani,” Tammy then tells producers. “[Any] time my family ask for money or for help, Asuelu will always say he can’t. And I feel like she’s the one that control over him and tells him what to do. But Kalani knew that this is the Samoan life. She get herself into it.”

Tammy still wants Kalani and Asuelu to get divorced

When Kalani and Asuelu’s families finally meet in the Sept. 13 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Tammy tries to justify her and Lesina’s demands for money. “My mom need Asuelu to help us and that’s the life in Samoa,” she says. “We have to send no matter what, crying, dying, or whatever. Kalani has a Samoan dad, she should know that.”

Kalani’s parents gently try to explain that Asuelu can’t afford to send the large amounts of money his mom is expecting. And after Asuelu firmly tells Lesina that she has to stop making unreasonable demands, she caves in and reluctantly apologizes to Kalani. But when Asuelu asks Tammy to apologize, she refuses.

“I’m not going to apologize to Kalani about everything that happened in Washington,” Tammy tells her brother. “I don’t have anything wrong that I said.”

Then, in a confessional, Tammy reiterates her disapproval of Kalani. And she continues to suggest they get divorced.

“Asuelu forgot where he came from and the parents that was born him and raise him,” Tammy tells producers. “It just makes me sad and angry at the same time. I don’t think Kalani is good for Asuelu. I want them to get divorced and everything.”

The meeting ends with somewhat of a resolution with Lesina. But Tammy is obviously still unhappy with the situation. Fans will get to see if she tries to do anymore damage as the rest of the season unfolds.
