SoapDirt has reported that Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester are actually married after all — something that seemed to dismay some 90 Day Fiancé fans. In fact, the couple chose to marry only two days after receiving their marriage license.

The couple had a somewhat non-traditional situation — they hired standup comedian John Wendel to perform at their wedding. During a video Wendel posted, he said he was traveling to perform for a “reality TV show.”

SoapDirt has acquired a copy of Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester’s marriage license, which confirms that whatever fans may think of their relationship on 90 Day Fiancé, the couple decided to try and stick it out for the long haul.

After Tania Maduro left Syngin Colchester alone for 30 days to travel to Costa Rica, and confessed to Colchester that her real soulmate was her first relationship, many fans were not happy. Surely, some of them will be surprised to find out that Colchester decided to stick things out with Maduro.

Meanwhile, a fan of 90 Day Fiancé on Reddit has claimed to have spotted Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester filming for another episode of the show.

The fan wrote, “My wife’s boss was out to dinner in Colchester, CT last night and there was a camera crew there with Tania and Syngin. Apparently Tania was in a car accident recently and was in a walking boot. She was not wearing the pink shirt. She told my wife’s boss that the episode will air in the summer. She didn’t talk to Syngin at all. She said Tania yelled at him the entire time and they reshot the scene a bunch of times. Nothing groundbreaking, but last I heard, he was back in South Africa.”

There aren’t too many details present in the post to give us insight into how their relationship is going, but one thing does stick out — the alleged summer air date. One disgruntled fan wrote, “Airing in the summer?!? So that would mean a second season of this b*tch?”

However, because this is just a text report of the sighting, it’s impossible to confirm whether or not they truly have filmed for another episode. Even if they did, we can’t be sure what will happen with the series in the future.

Tania Maduro’s shut down Syngin Colchester’s trauma talk

Another one of Tania Maduro’s actions that sent fans over the edge was her shutting down Syngin Colchester when he tried to discuss his past trauma. Colchester previously worked in the South African mines, during which time some of his friends and coworkers were injured and died.

Maduro was quick to shut down Colchester, telling the 90 Day Fiancé star that these things happened “so long ago.”

Maduro later defended herself on Instagram, writing, “I hear you. But that was not the first time I heard that, at all. And though it may seem uncompassionate, it was my frustration of hearing that so many times, offering support, looking up therapists or other modes of healing, with none of them being taken up, ever. I learned that my past was affecting my life in some scenarios so I started steps long ago to work on that never-ending healing. My frustration was knowing that, feeling that, yet no actions to work on it. Mines were 8 years ago, and we dated about a year and a half before the show, and during that time I heard how much things would be worked on and changed.”
