Tania and Syngin’s separation is documented on ’90 Day: The Single Life’ Season 2

On the latest episode of 90 Day: The Single Life, Syngin has a difficult talk with Tania about the future of their marriage. Syngin says, “We need to have a talk about the relationship and where it’s heading.” Tania says that the idea of breaking up “almost doesn’t feel real.”

Tania says, “I struggle because I don’t want this to happen.” She tearfully says to Syngin, “You know, I didn’t marry you thinking that we’d be breaking up.” Syngin explains to her, “Just there was a lot of differences when it came to kids and future.” He says, “I truly think that this will be for the best, you know?” That’s when Syngin tells Tania he wants a divorce instead of just separation.

Tania opens up about her depression

On Nov 17, Tania shared her experience with seasonal depression on her Instagram story (via ScreenRant). The message reads, “Seasonal depression is real. Especially here in ‘cold a— Connecticut.'” The 90 Day Fiancé star opened up about what she’s been doing to keep her “winter blues” in check. She said that she’s been staying motivated “to get serious about just moving around.” Her routine includes speed walking and yoga four times a week.

She writes, “If this resonates. Be gentle with yourself. I started off great. But the first week of Nov was hard for me. I was super depressed.” She explained how she’s been trying to be kind to herself. She said that her lack of initiative to get her body moving got her down. She wrote, “I got really upset, but I had to tell myself, ‘Well you worked out twice this week, even while depresses, that’s more [than] you did last month, not even depressed,’ and that’s a win.”

What’s next for Tania?

While Tania may struggle with feeling motivated after her split with Syngin, she’s taking her separation in strides. The 31-year-old may have been feeling low lately due to the lack of daylight, but that’s not stopping her from working toward her dreams and happiness.
