Debbie Johnson was the villain in ’90 Day Fiancé’ Season 6

Debbie’s time on 90 Day Fiancé Season 6 didn’t win her any fans. She was loud, overbearing, and incredibly controlling of her adult son. She constantly argued with his Brazilian fianceé Larissa, and the two never saw eye to eye. Eventually, Colt and Larissa divorced after she was arrested on domestic abuse charges. 

However, The Single Life star wasn’t fond of his next girlfriend either. Jess, also from Brazil, is probably best known for throwing her shoe at Colt from across the room. But, can anyone really blame her? She had just found out Colt had cheated on her with his now-wife Vanessa Guerra. Debbie attended the tell-all with her son and Vanessa and explained that she felt that Jess pursued Colt at a vulnerable time, right after his divorce from Larissa. She also thought Jess used her sexuality to get Colt to give her what she wanted, which didn’t sit well with Debbie.

Who is Harley Johnson, and what was his marriage to Debbie Johnson like?

In the recent premiere of 90 Day: The Single Life Season 2, Debbie opened up about her relationship with Colt’s father and admitted she hasn’t dated in almost 40 years. She met Harley at a bar when he asked her to play Pac-Man, and the two hit it off immediately. Debbie tells the cameras that Harley was her “best friend, confidante, and lover.”

Harley died from a massive heart attack in 2008, and ever since, the widow put all of her time into focusing on Colt. Debbie also describes herself as a “helicopter mom” to Colt, even though he’s in his thirties. In The Single Life Season 2 Episode 1, viewers see Colt tell his mom that he thinks it’s time to go their separate ways. Debbie feels like her son just dropped a bomb on her. However, now that Colt and Vanessa are married, they’d like some time alone without his mom in the same house.

Fans were shocked to see Debbie appear as a cast member for 90 Day: The Single Life. Some weren’t sure how to feel about her crass conversations with her friends regarding her sex life. She admits to her friends that she slept with a man but found it disappointing because he told her to “shut up” while the two were having sex. Vanessa admits that Colt does this as well when the two are getting intimate, and Debbie was horrified to learn that she shares the same sexual habit as her son.
