A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 9 returns to ABC on Feb. 23, 2022, at 10 p.m. EST. In its place tonight, Feb. 16, The Chase continues its season 2 run on ABC. Sadly, Millionaires, there’s one more week until the midseason premiere.
‘A Million Little Things’ Season 4 Episode 9 preview teases something between Maggie and Gary
In the preview for A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 9, “Any Way the Wind Blows,” the friend group celebrates Maggie Bloom’s (Allison Miller) 30th birthday. Although she stands next to her boyfriend, Camden (Ryan Hansen), viewers see later in the preview that something happens between her and Gary Mendez (James Roday Rodriguez). The ABC synopsis gives a little insight into what’s going on with Maggie and Gary.
“Gary learns some new things about Maggie on their road trip to Albany,” the ABC press release reads.
In another trailer for A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 9, viewers watched Maggie pick up an awkward phone call from Cam. When the show last aired on Dec. 1, 2021, fans saw Gary join Maggie on her road trip to New York to visit her semi-stalker. However, from the phone call with Cam, it’s evident that Maggie did not tell her boyfriend she had an unexpected guest with her. Then in the new preview for episode 9, Gary tells Maggie to “show up for the rest of your life.” She unexpectedly presses the emergency stop button on the elevator, and many viewers think the couple might kiss.
‘A Million Little Things’ Season 4 Episode 9 promo teases a new love interest for Katherine
Also, in both previews for A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 9, Katherine (Grace Park) might have a new girlfriend. Katherine and Eddie’s (David Giuntoli) son, Theo (Tristan Byon), questions her about a date in the first promo. A new woman gives Katherine a flirtatious smile in the more recent trailer. Cameron Esposito plays the new character in the preview. However, Katherine also talks to a woman portrayed by Donia Kash in press photos. Viewers will have to wait to see if either woman becomes Katherine’s new love interest when A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 9 returns.
Regina and Eddie try to cheer up Rome in the ‘A Million Little Things’ Season 4 Episode 9 trailer
The rest of the A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 9 trailer revolves around Rome Howard (Romany Malco). In the Dec. 1st episode, viewers found out that his “depression is back.”
“What I need you to do is get funky,” Regina (Christina Moses) hip bumps her husband Rome in the preview.
She tries to dance with him to cheer him up. Meanwhile, Eddie has Rome accompany him to the pool. The synopsis notes that “Eddie helps Rome in a time of need.” Now that Eddie has the closure he needed from his hit-and-run with Nicole (Rachel Nichols), it looks like he’s ready to help his friend cope.
The wait is almost over for A Million Little Things fans; the series returns with season 4 episode 9, “Any Way the Wind Blows,” on Feb. 23, 2022.
