Azie Tesfai portrays Rome’s new publicist, Cassandra, in A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 6. The new season brought in many new guest stars and recurring characters, including Rachel Nichols, Maggie’s new boyfriend, Camden, and now Cassandra. Viewers probably recognize Tesfai from her role as detective Nadine Hanson in CW’s Jane the Virgin. However, the actor has numerous other television roles that fans might recall seeing her in. According to IMDb, Tesfai began her acting career as Cherry Milton in the telenovela Wicked Wicked Games on MyNetworkTV.

Viewers might recognize Tesfai from her role as Nurse Mandy in Melrose Place in 2009-2010. She also portrayed Meg in Franklin & Bash alongside Breckin Meyer and Mark-Paul Gosselaar in 2014. Tesfai appeared in Silicon Valley Season 3 in 2016 as Dawn Simon and NCIS: Los Angeles in 2017-2018. Her most recent role before joining the A Million Little Things cast was as Kelly Olsen in Supergirl.

‘A Million Little Things’: Is something going on between Rome and Cassandra?

When A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 6 opens, viewers find Rome casually chatting with a new publicist, Cassandra. The conversation quickly turns into a coffee date. Since Gary (James Roday Rodriguez) and Darcy (Floriana Lima) recently broke up, viewers immediately wonder if Rome and Regina are the next to split.

“I was so busy crying through your documentary that I missed my afternoon latte,” Cassandra tells Rome in the A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 6 promo. “Should we do it?”

While the pair enjoy a croissant and coffee, Rome receives a court summons.

“Are you Rome Howard?” a courier asks. When Rome responds, the man hands him a sealed envelope. “You’ve been served.”

Although many viewers might jump to the conclusion that Regina served Rome with divorce papers, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

“Rome experiences a curveball with his film,” the ABC press release synopsis reads.

Rather than divorce papers, the court summons has something to do with Rome’s documentary.

Although A Million Little Thing viewers worry that something is going on between Cassandra and Rome, the pair discuss Rome’s film over coffee. In episode 5, Regina went to Miami with Shanice Williamson (Nikiva Dionne) to cater the actor’s latest film. Regina still appears in A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 6 with her father, Ronald (Mario Van Peebles).

Viewers will recall that Regina offered to bring her new co-worker, Valerie (Andrea Navedo), from Crocodilz along to Miami. However, the woman lied on her Crocodilz application about where her cooking experience came from. She worked as a cook while she was in prison.

Catch Azie Tesfai and Mario Van Peebles as recurring cast members on A Million Little Things Season 4 Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
