Kelly Dodd recently exited The Real Housewives of Orange County after five seasons, but she continues to be in the middle of controversy. After the former Bravolebrity was ordered to publicly apologize for claiming she contracted the coronavirus (COVID-19) from Heather Dubrow’s son, other reality stars gave their opinions. Hannah Ferrier from Below Deck Mediterranean called Dodd a “moron,” and the former orange holder is firing back.

What did Hannah Ferrier say about Kelly Dodd?

Dodd received a letter from Dubrow’s lawyers after the former RHOC star said she contracted coronavirus from Dubrow’s 16-year-old son. The legal action forced the entrepreneur to apologize for making those claims and rectify her statement. Dodd posted an Instagram video on her Instagram clearing up the incident.

“I did get COVID at a party on New Year’s Eve, and Heather Dubrow’s son and his friends were all there,” Dodd stated in the video. “And while I had information leading us all to believe we could have gotten COVID from them because we all — like 24 of us — got COVID that night, we obviously have no way of proving or knowing for sure he or his friends were the source of our infection.”

When the video went viral, former Below Deck Mediterranean star Hannah Ferrier couldn’t resist but give her opinion on the situation. Ferrier did not mince her words and even threw a little insult Dodd’s way.

“If you went to a NYE party with 30+ people then you gave yourself COVID you f—— moron,” Ferrier commented on a Bravo fan’s account.

Kelly Dodd claps back

RHOC fans know that Dodd has a fiery personality and never holds back her opinions. When the website Reality Blurb shared the news of Ferrier, they shared the article on Instagram. Dodd saw the post and had to add her comment saying she didn’t know who the Below Deck star was.

“I don’t know girl ?? Sorry she feels that way,” Dodd wrote.

Dodd’s clap back was reminiscent of another she had with Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi of Shahs of Sunset. After Bravo announced that Dubrow was returning to RHOC and Dodd was exiting, Gharachedaghi couldn’t help but celebrate the shakeup.

“Yessss!!! Love Heather! Soooo glad KD is gone. Sorry not sorry,” Gharachedaghi replied.

Following GG’s reply, Dodd gave a statement to Page Six saying, “I don’t know who this woman is, I don’t watch that show.”

However, Dodd previously said she would like to join the Shahs of Sunset cast if she weren’t on RHOC.
