Manzo started her reality TV career on Real Housewives of New Jersey but left in Season 5. She then got her own spinoff, which ended after three seasons. Not long ago, Radar Online reported she might return to RHONJ.

According to the report, Andy Cohen was calling Manzo and begging her to join the cast. The Watch What Happens Live host responded to the report on Twitter with “It’s not true but I do love her. (Radar is not exactly the most reputable source btw.)”

What has Manzo been up to since her show ended? She talked about that and why she got plastic surgery.

Manzo said she has been taking care of her grandchildren, which affected her lifestyle

The mother’s family has only grown. She said that life after her show has been focused on her grandchildren.

“Once we stopped doing Manzo’d [with Children], which I miss terribly, once you go 100 mph, 1,000 mph, and then you stop, you do nothing, it’s kind of like a head trip for you. Then, of course, Marchesa, our granddaughter, was born and I became one of the primary caretakers while [son-in-law] Vito and [daughter] Lauren are at work, and I have the baby three days a week,” she revealed on the podcast, Dear Albie, according to Page Six.

She went on to say how her new schedule led to changes in her body. “From that, my world just started getting smaller because it was the baby and the house every day,” she said. “With that, my age, I’m going to be 58 in August, those things start to play on your mind a little bit. I started to gain weight in the past year, probably the heaviest I’ve been in my life.”

She wanted to address the loose skin under her neck with a facelift

Eventually, the former housewife decided she wanted to change things. She lost 20 pounds by changing her diet and said she’s “basically a vegetarian now.”

The one thing that wouldn’t change with weight loss is that she had loose skin under her neck. She went to a plastic surgeon to address it.

“He said to me, ‘The skin on your face, the fat placement on your face is still very good, but your neck is not going to snap back because of your age and it lost elasticity,’ so right then and there, I said, ‘Okay, let’s do a facelift,'” explained Manzo.

She seems to be happy with the results. “Since having it done, and this coincides with the weight loss, my whole entire outlook on life has changed and I could cry thinking about it.”

The former reality star has been busy with her family after the show. She got plastic surgery and now has a new outlook on life.
