Amelia Hamlin’s Father Is ‘Glad’ She Is Single After Dating Scott Disick
Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Scott Disick made headlines in late 2020 when he started dating Lisa Rinna’s daughter Amelia Hamlin. However, the couple has since broken up, and Hamlin’s father, Harry Hamlin, recently commented on the situation.

Hamlin and Disick were first linked in October 2020. Afterward, the two of them were often photographed together. They attracted a lot of attention for their age gap—Hamlin is 20, while Disick is 38.
However, in September 2021, Disick found himself in hot water after his alleged messages to Younes Bendjima got leaked. Both Disick and Bendjima used to date Kourtney Kardashian. In the messages, Disick appeared to be talking negatively about Kardashian and her PDA with her fiancé, Travis Barker.
After the situation blew up, Hamlin posted a few cryptic posts on her social media. In one instance, she shared a photo of a man holding a sign that said, “Let’s be nicer to each other. We’re all trying our best.” Afterward, Hamlin also shared a photo of someone wearing a tank top with the words “Don’t you have a girlfriend?”
It didn’t take long before there were reports that Hamlin and Disick had broken up. Hamlin’s mother also confirmed this during a reunion episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
According to Buzzfeed News, said that Hamlin was the one who initiated the breakup. Rinna mentioned that the DMs were a contributing factor, but she also said, “There’s never one reason why I think people split up. You know, now’s the time to heal. Now’s the time for everyone to heal.”

Meanwhile, Hamlin’s father recently talked about the breakup as well. During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, a fan asked the actor, “What do you think happened between Amelia and Scott Disick to cause the breakup, and were you secretly happy when they [split]?”
Harry started off by acknowledging that his daughter is “doing great” and “living in New York and she’s having the time of her life solo.”
However, Harry shared that he did not “pull the curtain” on the infamous breakup. “I have no idea what exactly happened there,” he said. “I’m just glad that she is solo.”
Scott Disick has reportedly been ‘meeting new girls’ after the breakup
Disick is allegedly ready to move on from the split. According to E! News, a source said, “Meeting new girls and going out is a nice distraction and is helping him move on. He’s trying to have fun and keep it light.”
In October, Disick was seen out with 20-year-old model Elizabeth Grace Lindley. Then, in early November, Disick went out to eat with 23-year-old model Hana Cross. He was also later spotted with his 25-year-old ex-girlfriend Christine Burke. However, Disick has not confirmed a relationship with anyone.
