Angelina Pivarnick may have married Chris Larangeira in 2019, but the fallout between her and the Jersey Shore roommates seems to be everlasting. So far on season 4 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, Pivarnick has yet to interact with her female roommates, including Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Deena Cortese.

In a recent interview, Pivarnick opened up about her relationship with the women of Jersey Shore and asked, “Shouldn’t I be the one crying?”

Deena Cortese wants nothing to do with Angelina Pivarnick

As documented on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation this season, a pregnant Cortese is still hurt by Pivarnick’s post-wedding actions. Conversely, Pivarnick is still hurt by the speech Cortese, Farley, and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi delivered at her wedding.

According to Cortese, who opened up on social media, she has tried multiple times to repair the damage between herself and Pivarnick.

“Just so everyone knows — I TRIED apologizing to Angelina numerous times after the wedding and got shut out,” Cortese tweeted during the season 4 premiere. “I felt like she fed into the drama and online sh*t we were going through. [I] hope they show me explaining why I was where I was at that point.”

Despite Cortese’s tweets, Pivarnick says the opposite happened.

Angelina Pivarnick doesn’t understand why Deena Cortese and Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley are ‘this mad’

“Watching these episodes was like, how are they this mad?” Pivarnick said during an interview with TooFab. “I know [Cortese is] pregnant — I totally get that. I’ve never been pregnant before but I can only imagine.” Pivarnick claims she has been trying to speak with Cortese since before she was pregnant, but to no avail.

“She didn’t want to sit down with me,” Pivarnick said. “This was a thing for a year. It’s kinda like, alright, Deena, shouldn’t I be the one crying? I’m the one against three or two now. It’s not easy for me.”

Angelina Pivarnick’s relationship with ‘JWoww’ and Deena Cortese seems to be in the guys’ hands

Pivarnick still seems to want to sit down with the roommates and put the past behind them. Fortunately, she had the men on her side to help.

“At the end of the day, we’re family and the boys really did want to get this family back together,” she added during her TooFab interview. “Those boys went far and wide, and they outdid themselves with trying to get this family to sit down. [It was] just so genuine of them. I really love the boys.”

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino — who now goes by “The Mediation” — and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro have been a driving force behind repairing Pivarnick’s relationship with the others. As fans have seen, Pivarnick has already extended an olive branch in the form of a public apology on Instagram.

When that didn’t work, Sorrentino thought a “double booking” situation would be best. So, he called Pivarnick and Cortese out to Las Vegas, unbeknownst to them.

“We wanted to put all the fun and games aside and joking and say we want to move forward,” Sorrentino told Pivarnick in the “Jurassic Angelina” episode. “If you want this situation solved, you have to be part of the solution. We just want to move forward, all of us.”

Whether or not the “double booking” actually works remains to be seen. Fans will have to continue to tune in to Jersey Shore: Family Vacation to see if Pivarnick and the rest of the roommates can move on from the wedding drama.
