Some ‘Bachelor’ Fans Feel Peter Weber’s Brother’s Questions About Madison Were out of Line, Some Felt They Were Necessary
Last night was the first part of Peter Weber’s two-night finale. While he had a great date with Hannah Ann Sluss, much of the focus was on the pilot and the time he spent with Madison Prewett.
Madison had a tense reunion with the Webers. They weren’t sure how compatible the foster parent recruiter is with their son and brother.
Peter Senior asked Madison if she felt they were compatible and she admitted that she and the pilot are, indeed, very different. Barbara Weber told Madison she doesn’t want anyone to change her son because they love him the way he is.

Even Jack, Peter’s brother, said he was concerned about his brother’s relationship with Madison.
“Obviously you’re very physical in relationships. Let’s assume you go with Madi, and now we’re talking about this whole period of not actually having sex until you’re fully married. Is that something you realistically see yourself doing?” asked Jack.
But it was a non-issue for Peter.
“Yeah. If it’s someone I love and I chose that. It’s not like I was forced into that,” he said.
“Obviously she’s very big into ministry and all that stuff. You’re the type, you get home from a trip and you go line dancing, you’re non-stop, you’re out at the club. Have you talked about that with her? Are your lifestyles compatible?” asked Jack.
Again, Weber was unphased – “We acknowledge we’re both very different, so that’s not a bad thing.”
“I just want to make sure you’re not compromising any level of yourself and how you’d normally be in a relationship,” continued Jack.
“You can’t expect that because that’s what relationships are. Of course I’m going to be compromising part of myself,” said Weber.
In a talking head interview, Jack told the camera: “I see a seemingly perfect girl on one side with no issues whatsoever and then I’m seeing Madison who’s raising a lot of concerns and red flags. I’m feeling a little bit scared about the whole situation as of right now.”

Some Bachelor fans thought Jack’s questions were laughable, that they lacked maturity.
“Lmao Peter’s brother with the hard hitting questions: ‘you’d be ok to not have sex til marriage if you pick Madi?!?!?!?'” tweeted one fan.
“Peter’s brother asking Peter can ‘realistically’ wait to have sex with Madi and she’s ‘raising a lot of concerns’ for having morals. Boy bye,” wrote another.
But some fans felt Jack was asking the questions that Weber really needed to consider.
“By the looks of the #TheBachelor feed I was the only one cheering when madi left.. and rooting peter’s little brother on when he was spitting straight FACTS!” tweeted one fan.
“Peter’s brother bringing up the realistic questions,” wrote another along with a GIF of Drake applauding passionately.
“When Peter’s brother says what everyone else is thinking! Thank you Jack,” tweeted another.
Thankfully, we don’t have to wait much longer to find out if Peter listens to his brother’s concerns.
