After Peter Weber made the relationship Instagram official, both of his parents also posted about the couple on Instagram. When a meme made fun of his family for “making sure we know” the couple is hooking up, Flanagan and Weber couldn’t help but laugh too.

After weeks of fans speculating, Peter Weber confirmed he was in a relationship with Flanagan on May 2. He posted a photo on Instagram that shows the couple kissing in an airplane.
Peter Weber captioned the photo, “You caught me. Let the adventure begin.”
Flanagan commented the heart emoji on the post, and then Peter Weber’s parents also made posts of their own.
Barbara Weber posted a collage of photos of the couple with the caption, “Serendipity.”
Peter Weber Sr. posted two photos of Peter Weber and Flanagan and wrote, “Happiness is finding your copilot.” This led Barbara Weber to comment, “Love is in the Air,” on Peter Weber Sr.’s post.
Fans made fun of Peter Weber’s family on Instagram
Because Peter Weber Sr. and Barbara Weber also felt the need to post about their son’s new relationship, fans of The Bachelor made a meme about them. In the meme posted on a fan account, fans joked about “Peter and all of his family making sure we know he’s f**cking Kelley” while “Bachelor Nation” tries “to move on.”
Both Flanagan and Peter Weber found the meme and could not help but laugh.

While the meme is making fun of Peter Weber and his family, it’s clear the former Bachelor and Flanagan don’t mind the drama surrounding their relationship. A few days before Peter Weber posted on Instagram, the couple seemed to confirm they were in a relationship on TikTok. In the video, the two acknowledged the drama that has followed them since Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor ended as they lip synced to Akon’s “Nobody Wanna See Us Together.”
Fans speculated about the two dating for months
Fans of The Bachelor first started speculating that Flanagan and Peter Weber were dating after Peter Weber was spotted in Chicago with Flanagan and Dustin Kendrick in April 2020. Kendrick told Us Weekly the three were quarantining together during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
“It’s just the three of us staying at Kelley’s apartment. We’ve just been chilling, making TikTok videos, trying to stay out of trouble with people,” Kendrick told Us Weekly.
Kendrick also said that while he could not comment on Flanagan and Peter Weber’s relationship status, the two were cute together.
“I think it’s fair for them to come out and say what they want to say, but the only thing I can say is that they look really cute together and their interactions are really cute as well,” Kendrick said. “That’s all I can say on that and I’m sure you’ll be possibly hearing stuff in the future from them, but I’ll let them say that.”
This only fueled fans’ speculation more, and when Peter Weber appeared on Nick Viall’s podcast The Viall Files, he hinted that he could see himself dating Flanagan down the line.
“Are we dating? No. Do I love spending time with her? Absolutely. We’re not dating. Could I see that in the future? Yeah, of course,” he said.
