As one of pop musicā€™s rising stars, Eilish writes and releases original songs with her brother, FINNEAS. Eilish has been releasing original songs for several years, beginning with her SoundCloud original ā€œOcean Eyes.ā€Ā

In 2019, she debuted the full-length album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? She returned in 2021 with Happier Than Ever and its chart-topping title track. Of course, this artist had several different eras, as noted by her different hair colors and styles.Ā

Billie Eilish isnā€™t afraid to go out in public

For five consecutive years, Eilish appeared in an interview with Vanity Fair, answering similar questions and reacting to her past clips. In the interview, 2020-era Eilish stated that she doesnā€™t often appear in public.Ā

Part of that was because of the coronavirus (COVID-19), but she also avoided getting recognized. Eilish from 2021 said that she was ā€œgoing through an identity crisis.ā€ She laughed, saying that you could see it in her eyes and with her low bun.

ā€œMy attitude used to be, ā€˜well, I canā€™t go out.ā€™ You know, ā€˜I canā€™t go here. I canā€™t go there,ā€™ Eilish said. ā€œAnd I used to just, like not even be able to like go to a park or like go get food or get coffee. It freaks me out. In the last year, I have been opened up to it.ā€Ā

ā€œI really feel grateful for that because being able to feel confident in stepping outside without a hat and a hood and glasses and a mask and a jacket and doing this or whatever,ā€ Eilish said, demonstrating by shielding her eyes. ā€œItā€™s so much better, and you donā€™t have to live like that. And I realized that this year ā€” that I donā€™t have to live like that.ā€

Eilish said she now tries to maneuver around public spaces without being recognized. The artist stated venturing out was a difficult task in the past because of her ā€œpride.ā€Ā
