Ceasar’s girlfriend Suzette revealed she needs surgery to remove butt implants

During Black Ink Crew Season 9 Episode 16, “Silicone Valley,” Ceaser Emanuel is still reeling from the restraining order that blocks communication with his daughter.

He’s admittedly upset with his girlfriend Suzette Samuels, an Atlanta-based realtor, as he feels she’s not as “supportive” as he’d like. The couple met up for dinner, and she told him about her recent symptoms, including chest pains and the inability to walk after waking up.

After speaking with doctors, she believes something went wrong with the illegal butt injections she received in 2014. According to the realtor, she agreed to the use of hydrogel but noted the doctors found silicone in her bloodstream.

Despite the complications, Suzette claimed she didn’t regret the enhancements as she feels it’s helped her receive certain opportunities. However, hearing tattoo artist Young Bae’s story about her breasts implants causing her to become ill “opened” her eyes.

‘Black Ink Crew’ star Ceaser agreed to join Suzette in Columbia for surgery

Therefore, the Atlanta native told her boyfriend of an upcoming MRI and warned him that she might need his assistance for up to 45 days in Columbia after the corrective surgery.

Ceaser admitted he isn’t sure if he can commit to spending so much time out of the country due to his multiple businesses and feelings regarding the restraining order with his daughter.

His hesitation upset Suzette as she called it a “life or death surgery” due to the many possible complications afterward. Her MRI results apparently indicated that the silicone spread to other parts of her body, making the surgery more invasive.

Therefore, Suzette has to get weekly IV drips to prepare for it and believes the recovery process might take more than 45 days. Ceaser agreed to look after her following the surgery and told Teddy Ruks and Puma Robinson about his upcoming extended leave.

Ceaser and Suzette began dating around February 2020

Around February 2020, Black Ink Crew star Ceaser began a romantic relationship after a three-year friendship. She joined the show in season 9 when the boss invited his crew to Atlanta to work at a Black Ink based there.

The couple seemed happy together until a situation with Ceaser’s daughter, Cheyenne, threatened to break them up. In January 2021, nearly a year after the two started dating, she accused her father of physical abuse following an argument.

The allegations sparked an online feud between Suzette and Cheyenne, and the two publicly exchanged several low blows. Ceaser’s cousin Ted thought his girlfriend shouldn’t have disrespected his daughter that way and encouraged him to break up with her.

However, Suzette and Ceaser ultimately overcame it and are currently still dating. Black Ink Crew airs Mondays at 8/7c on VH1.
