The episode “Spilling Secrets” starts with Frank having a meeting with his CPA to go over his taxes. But he can tell that she’s holding something back so he questions her. She reveals Henry has been giving money to someone for years.

Frank tries to talk it out with Henry, but he shuts him down. He says that information is privileged and he denies being scammed. Frank decides to talk to Abigail (Abigail Hawk), Garrett (Gregory Jbara), and Sid (Robert Clohessy) then ask them to look at who owns the P.O. Box.

Things were still tense between the two at dinner. But Frank later reveals to Henry that he knows he has been giving money to a man who was a victim of a questionable shooting.

Henry’s partner saw a gun on a man, which was never found. He was shot anyway and ended up in a wheelchair. Henry felt guilty because he was the one who initiated the stop. The victim is dead, but Henry is still giving money because he thinks it could be the man’s family who is still picking it up.

It’s obvious Henry is riddled with guilt from the shooting. Frank started thinking about regrets and sat down with his team at the end of the episode. He told them he would regret holding them back and offered the chance to leave their jobs with a glowing recommendation, but they all refuse.

The Reagans are close, but they don’t know everything about each other. That point was definitely hit home at the end of season 10 when it was revealed Joe Reagan had a son he didn’t know about named Joe Hill (Will Hochman).

Joe Hill is now a policeman like his deceased father. He works in fire arms and the family found out about him through a DNA test. The family did welcome him with open arms, but Joe was hesitant to let the world know.

That’s partially because his mother was very protective of him and still wanted him to be a “Hill”. Unfortunately for her, the secret came out in season 11 and there was fallout. Joe took a break from work and from the family by not attending dinner.

It’s still unclear when we’ll see Joe again, but we know his story can’t end there. Only time will tell if more Reagan secrets will come out this season.
