Starz‘s hit drama series BMF chronicles the real-life story of the Flenory brothers. Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory (Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr.) and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory (Da’Vinchi) began building their drug empire when they were just teens in Detroit. From there they would go on to be two of the biggest drug traffickers in the United States before they were arrested in the early 2000s.

Throughout BMF Season 1, fans have watched as the brothers begin to grow their organization and eliminate threats. Now with the season finale, things are set to explode.

When will the ‘BMF’ Season 1 finale air on Starz?

Starz has announced the BMF Season 1 finale will be titled “The King of Detroit.” The official synopsis reads, “In an effort to expand into new territory, Meech discovers a disturbing alliance then hatches a plan to eliminate the threat; Terry is forced to make a life-altering decision.” The finale will air Sunday, November 18, 2021, at 8 pm EST.

Those who have the Starz app will be able to watch the finale at midnight.

Here are some ‘BMF’ Season 1 finale spoilers

There is a lot happening in the BMF Season 1 finale trailer. From what we can tell, Detective Bryant (Steve Harris) is determined to get Meech arrested to take the heat off of him following his partner’s death.  It appears that Meech will be hauled in to go face-to-face with Commander Marceline Beckwith (Felisha Terrell).

Lucille (Michole Briana White) and Charles (Russell Hornsby) are going against the hospital on behalf of Terry’s botched surgery, and the outcome isn’t looking too good. Meech and Terry appear to be divided about the direction of their business. Finally, Meech is determined to eliminate Lamar (Eric Kofi-Abrefa) for good.

In addition to all of this, there is also the issue of B-Mickie (Myles Truitt) and Kato (Ajiona Alexus). B-Mickie has uncovered the fact that Kato has been sabotaging the crew and working with Lamar. The audience has already seen how vicious B-Mickie can get. We’re not sure that Kato will come out of this alive.

This season finale will also mark the birth of BMF or the Black Mafia Family. The Flenory brothers step away from the moniker the 50 Boyz forever. Finally, Hornsby has hinted at a massive cliffhanger to end the season.

“When you’re dealing with success, opportunity, and money in a life of crime, you lose people,” he told TV Line.  “And you lose people that you love. I think that’s part of the pain and cost of being in the street game. It is going to be a great finale. I don’t think everything is going to tie up in a nice bow. It definitely leaves it open for Season 2.”

Kash Doll won’t appear in the finale as Monique

Though Starz has remained tight-lipped about what is to be expected from the BMF season finale, fans should know that Monique’s storyline has come to an end, at least for now. On the day of the premiere for episode 107, Arkeisha “Kash Doll” Knight who portrays the mother and paralegal shared an interview she did with The Detroit Free Press on Instagram. In the caption, she revealed that episode 107 was her last one on BMF. She captioned the photo, “That was my last episode u guys!!! Thanks for all the love.”

Kash Doll hasn’t clarified if this means Monique will die or not, but it does suggest that Lamar was the one at the end of Meech’s gun.
