Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s Daughter Shocking Post Sparks Rumors Her Parents Split, ‘RHOC’ Star Doesn’t Really Deny It
Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars will be returning to Bravo in October for season 15. However, it appears that Braunwyn currently has some serious drama going on at home. Rumors have started to swirl that Braunwyn and her husband Sean have split. The RHOC star recently spoke out, and she isn’t really denying the claims.
Braunwyn Windham Burke’s daughter caused a stir on social media
Sean and Braunwyn are the parents of seven children – Jacob, Bella, Rowan, Koa, Hazel, Caden, and Curra. As The Daily Mail reports, their family has been at the center of RHOC social media drama in recent days. This is due to a series of Instagram posts, including one from Rowan Burke.
Rowan posted some photos on Instagram, and in the caption she wrote, “F*ck. You. Mom.” Later, Rowan removed the caption but didn’t delete the post. Not long after, Braunwyn took to her Instagram Stories to ask fans for some privacy.
She wrote that her family was working through some “challenging circumstances.” Braunwyn noted that 45 million Americans will experience mental health issues, and it affects almost every family. The RHOC star made it clear that her family was “no different.”
“We will share with you more when the time is right. We kindly ask for your grace and kindness, and thank everyone for their support,” Braunwyn wrote.
The ‘RHOC’ star and her husband could be heading for divorce
Not long after Rowan’s post and Braunwyn’s request for privacy, the RHOC star shared a post about co-parenting. According to Page Six, in the now-deleted post Braunwyn asked her 210,000 followers if they were “new to the coparenting world.” She also shared a link to a Zoom session with divorce specialist Michelle Dempsey.
“It [coparenting] doesn’t have to suck. It won’t feel like this forever. You just need some perspective … Knowing what to expect will save your sanity,” Braunwyn wrote.
This post caused fans to notice that Braunwyn and Sean hadn’t shared any photos with each other since mid-August. This is completely out of character. With seven kids between them, the couple frequently shares posts with each other on Instagram.
They also noticed a comment that Braunwyn’s daughter Bella made on a post that featured the RHOC star with a woman named Sharee. Some fans thought Braunwyn was in a relationship with Sharee because Bella wrote, “Love my 3 parents and 7 siblings so much.”
Sean and Braunwyn Windham-Burke have split before
Braunwyn made sure to shut that rumor down quickly. She explained that Sheree was her “best friend” and her “rock.” She also referred to Sheree as her “ride or die.”
If there is trouble in Braunwyn and Sean’s relationship, it wouldn’t be the first time. The couple has been married since 2000. And she’s admitted in the past that they came close to divorce after she cheated on him.
“We separated. I took the kids. He was with someone else too,” she revealed on the RHOC After Show in 2019. “We were in two different homes. I went to Hawaii, took the kids, enrolled them in school. I told Sean I was done, I just didn’t want to be a single mom anymore. He traveled 25 days out of the month.”
Sean eventually re-proposed to Braunwyn after quitting his job and selling his shares in a “very successful company.” After that, Sean became a stay-at-home dad for eight years because he chose his family over his work.
Season 15 of Real Housewives of Orange County premieres October 14 on Bravo.
