Cohen and many residents on the East Coast of the United States were affected by a winter storm that left many wanting to stay indoors. The Watch What Happens Live host stayed in with his 2-year-old son Ben bundled and snuggled up enjoying movies. Disney’s Encanto was the animated film of choice and Ben seemed to be thoroughly enjoying every second of it.

“Perfect snow day with my pal!” Cohen captioned the Instagram post.

It wasn’t long before celebrities and fans alike shared a comment reacting to the lovable post.

The View co-host Ana Navarro said, “How many times have you watched Encanto? I’ve watched it 3 times and I don’t have kids!”

Gary Janetti added, “I can’t stop listening to We Don’t Talk About Bruno!”

Amy Schumer also weighed in adding three emoji hearts.

“I love this, I so enjoyed Encanto as well,” a fan replied.

“That is the best time of your life enjoy every minute,” a follower added.

“I am so happy for you and [your] family! What a terrific father you are! Love the videos you posted,” an Instagram user said.

“Staying warm and cozy with that darlin’ boy,” another fan noted.

“I love Ben…he’s getting so big and so sweet….I love when you two have a conversation,” another follower commented.

“Oh get ready he will watch it 1,000 times like our kiddos! Good news it’s a super cute movie,” another Instagram user mentioned.

Andy Cohen responds to the Jennie Nguyen controversy

Although Cohen is enjoying some peaceful time with his son Ben, the first part of the week was a little hectic. RHOSLC star Jennie Nguyen was exposed on social media over having shared anti-BLM posts in 2020.

As Cohen is an executive producer on all the franchises of The Real Housewives, many fans were expecting him to give a statement. When Nguyen’s co-star Lisa Barlow made an appearance at the WWHL clubhouse, she said she was surprised by the posts. However, Cohen didn’t give a statement and some fans called him out.

It was on Monday, Jan. 24 when Cohen addressed the controversy on his SiriusXM show saying, “The posts were very upsetting … and disgusting.”

Cohen acknowledged on Radio Andy that “people were upset about the lack of discussion” into the racist posts made by Nguyen.

“I just want to say, in case anyone doesn’t realize it, that there are many serious discussions happening right now about everything — about everything,” Cohen added. “And I can’t address the situation right now, but it will be addressed very soon, and thank you for your patience.”
