Where Does BTS Live? Inside Their Lavish Estate
In just a few short years, K-Pop group BTS has become a global sensation. Jungkook, Jin, V, RM, Suga, J-Hope, and Jimin have taken the world by storm with their sensational hits, stunning dance moves and lively personalities. When they first debuted as a group in 2013, the seven band-members all lived together in a cramped apartment.
Though they travel all the time, BTS still has a home base in South Korea. Thankfully, after four years of living in a bunk-bed filled apartment —BTS upgraded their living arrangements in a major way in November 2017.
BTS’ new lavish estate is certainly worth their A-list status.
BTS lives in Hannam THE HILL suites
Located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul– which is an affluent and central location in the city — BTS lives in THE HILL suites. The complex is beloved by music executives, actors, and business executives. Located near Han River and Mount Namsan — THE HILL consists of 600 units in 32 different buildings.

Since they travel so much, BTS’ suite doesn’t have an extensive amount of square footage for seven members. According to the Korean Times, BTS’ apartment includes three bedrooms — a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room, and two kitchens. The two kitchens are the most important.
The main kitchen is attached to the mini kitchen which has its own stovetop and dishwasher. The apartment is a total of 3,229 square feet. BTS also has access to a gym, a golf range, a swimming pool, and around the clock medical care.
According to Ilgan Sports, “The seven members of BTS have built a strong bond after living together in a small house.”
BTS chose THE HILL for the safety and the amenities
For the price of $6.53 million — BTS was able to snag their suite at THE HILL which they chose for the various amenities, lush layout and safety reasons. Since BTS has exploded on the scene, their celebrity has grown exponentially — allowing for manic fans and scary situations. In fact, during their short hiatus at the end of the summer –their management company Big Hit Entertainment had to plead with members of the ARMY to allow BTS to relax and enjoy their time off in peace.
Security was one of the major factors that BTS considered when looking for their new home. Since they aren’t the only A-listers at THE HILL, BTS’ housing complex is pretty much impregnable. Though the ARMY adores their guys, we know how important it is to be able to step away from the camera and let your guard done in the comfort of your own home.
Since BTS’ net worth has increased some much in the past few years, snagging a suite at THE HILL seemed like the best use of their money. Also, because they still get along very well, living together makes travel and scheduling extremely convenient.
We’re not sure how much longer Jungkook, Jin, V, RM, Suga, J-Hope, and Jimin will live together, but for now it’s working very well for them.
