BTS: Jimin Wore a See-Through Shirt and the ARMY Is in Shambles
We adore BTS for a number of reasons. Not only is the iconic K-Pop group giving us the soundtracks of our lives — Jungkook, Jin, V, RM, Suga, J-Hope, and Jimin always make sure they let their fans know how much they love and appreciate them.
Now that we are in the new year, BTS has officially stepped into a new era of their sound with their upcoming and highly anticipated album, Map of the Soul: 7. Since their hiatus in early fall — BTS has been in grind mode, giving the ARMY stellar performances, appearing at awards shows like The Grammys, and even getting a faux cameo on Fox’s musical drama, Empire.
However, one of their most recent appearances, during a live Q&A session with iHeartRadio was almost too much for the ARMY to take.
BTS has been hanging out in Los Angeles
Leading up to their iconic Grammys performance with Lil Nas X — BTS has been hanging out in L.A. They initially flew to Cali on Jan. 18 in preparation for their Grammys appearance and their “Black Swan” performance on The Late Late Show With James Corden.
They even let Ariana Grande get a sneak peek of their show, which she raved about. However, it was during their live Q&A iHeartRadio appearance where the BTS ARMY fell into chaos.
BTS went to iHeartRadio to chat about their Lauv collaboration and their New Year’s Rockin’ Eve performance. However, Jimin’s wardrobe was the thing that captured the ARMY’s attention.
Jimin blessed the ARMY with a see-through shirt
Like the rest of the guys — Jimin has an incredible sense of style. During BTS’ New Year’s Rockin’ Eve performance — he wore a stunning sparkly jacket that tried to revolt against him in the brisk NYC wind. In the middle of his performance, it flipped over his head, and he went with it, pretending that it was a hood.
Jimin’s latest wardrobe choice was a lot more revealing. During BTS’ Q&A session with iHeartRadio — fans immediately noticed that Jimin was rocking a see-through shirt that revealed his “nevermind” tattoo underneath the sheer fabric. Since gans have speculated about Jimin’s tattoo for years, the ARMY immediately fell into chaos.

One Twitter user literally lost their mind saying, “IT IS SEE THRU ITS SEE THRU WEEEEWOOOOWEEEWOOOO NINE ONE FU*KING ONE.” Another ARMY member was all about giving thanks, “#JIMIN#iHeartBTS

Still, the discussions about the sheer shirt remained the center of discussion on Twitter. “Y’ALL NOT READY FOR THIS DISCUSSION. JIMIN AND HIS SEE-THROUGH SHIRT,” one fan added. “Jimin transparent tshirt… is transparent.” another said. This fan said, “You know, some days I don’t know if I should kiss the stylists or sue them for intentional harm!!”
Still, our favorite exchange was about Jimin’s tat. “Seeing Jimin’s tat peeking thru his see-through shirt makes me feel like a man in the 18th century seeing a woman’s ankle, I’m really going through it rn,” a fan said.
