Fear not, Jungkook just posted on Twitter, so everything is going to be okay. On April 16, Jungkook shared multiple photos of himself wearing glasses on the social media platform. Jungkook rarely posts on Twitter, so the new selfies while wearing glasses was a surprise treat for BTS fans. As a result, ARMY trended multiple phrases about the photos including “THE GLASSES” and “JUNGKOOK IN GLASSES THANK YOU” on Twitter.
Jungkook’s Weverse post trended on Twitter
This is not the first time selfies by Jungkook have influenced Twitter trends. On April 6, Jungkook posted a selfie on Weverse. It was Jungkook’s first post on Weverse in a couple of weeks, and in the photo Jungkook looked at the camera while riding in the backseat of a car.
BTS fans were naturally excited that Jungkook took the time to post, and the photo also continued an ongoing joke in the fandom. When Jungkook posts selfies on Twitter and Weverse, he frequently posts them while riding in cars. Because of this, ARMY frequently jokes that Jungkook is stuck in a car for one continuous car ride. After Jungkook posted on Weverse, fans trended “Jungkook,” “JUNGKOOK POSTED,” and “HE CAME HOME” on Twitter.
