Cardi B Just Got a Lavish Gift From Offset for Her 28th Birthday
Happy Birthday, Cardi B! The “WAP” hitmaker turned 28 on Sunday, Oct. 11, celebrating the night before with a massive celebration that brought out all of her close friends and family members. Despite being in the middle of a divorce from Cardi B, Offset was also in attendance, showing up with a gift that appeared to leave her speechless.

The birthday celebration happened on the evening of Saturday, Oct. 10. Details are still pretty limited, but social media posts have indicated that it happened somewhere in Las Vegas, where stars such as Megan Thee Stallion, Teyana Taylor, JT of The City Girls, and Queen Naija shared videos on Instagram showing them at an event in honor of the “Bodak Yellow” rapper.
Cardi B herself has yet to post anything from the apparent party. But she was seen in other posts wearing a sheer halter top with gold accents and what appears to be a long, white chiffon skirt, with her hair swooped into a curly half-up ponytail.
Offset surprised Cardi B with a lavish gift for her birthday
At some point in the evening, guests headed outside, where Offset was reportedly waiting with a new car for Cardi B, to whom he was first linked in 2016.
A video obtained by the Instagram blog They Know Info shows Cardi B blushing as she climbs into what HollywoodLife says is a $330,000 black Rolls Royce Cullinan SUV with a camel-colored interior. Offset opens the back door to reveal a customized car seat for their 1-year-old daughter Kulture, drawing cheers from the crowd. The clip then cuts to a video of Cardi B dancing on Offset as guests continue to yell things like “take him back” and “Black love!”
Previously, Cardi B posted that someone believed to be Offset surprised her with a customized billboard. It features a picture of Cardi B and Kulture dressed in pink and reads, “Happy Birthday Mommy Love, Kulture.” The rapper gushed over it in an Instagram video, which she captioned, “Thank you sir 😏😏😏I love it.”
Although Cardi B has pulled the plug on their marriage, it’s nice to see that they’re still friendly towards one another. The “Be Careful” crooner filed for divorce on Sept. 15 following a three-year marriage. Explaining her decision, she said in an Instagram Live that same month that she simply got tired of arguing.
“I been with this man for four years. I have a kid with this man, I have a household with this man… sometimes you’re just tired of the arguments and the build up. You get tired sometimes, and before something happens, you leave,” she explained (via Pop Culture).
Will Cardi B and Offset reconcile?
It doesn’t appear that Cardi B has directly commented on the possibility of reconciliation just yet. However, Offset recently penned a message online that suggested he indeed wants to get back together. An insider also told HollywoodLife that he would continue to try to win her back, even though Cardi B is “still going ahead with the divorce.”
