Carrie Underwood’s Husband, Mike Fisher, Posts an Adorable Photo For Her 37th Birthday: ‘We Love You So Much’

Carrie Underwood turned 37 on March 10, though it’s hard to tell by looking at how insanely fit she is. The country singer and American Idol winner recently launched her new book and fitness plan in early March, which means she clearly shows no signs of slowing down.

Underwood’s husband, Mike Fisher, has been by her side through the bulk of her career. And he just posted the sweetest happy birthday photo for her on Instagram.

Carrie Underwood’s career took off 15 years ago

Underwood first auditioned for the singing competition American Idol back in 2004, when she was only 21, but the show didn’t actually air until January 2005. And since then, she’s built a massive career. Underwood went all the way to the top, beating out Bo Bice to become the season 4 winner of the show. And since then, she’s become one of country music’s most famous names.

Underwood has produced multiple best-selling albums, performed plenty of sold-out shows, and has won many awards for her music. Still, she finds a way to balance immense fame with family time.

Since then, she’s been married and has welcomed two boys

Back in 2008, Underwood started dating her now-husband, Mike Fisher. Fisher was a professional hockey player with the Ottawa Senators at the time, but he was traded to the Nashville Predators in part so he could be closer to his wife. In 2015, Underwood welcomed the couple’s first child, a son named Isaiah. Four years later, the couple welcomed their second child, a son named Jacob.

Underwood went through some difficulties trying to have another baby. She revealed in an interview that she had gone through three miscarriages prior to welcoming her second child. It’s unclear if the two plan to have more children.

Fisher just posted the sweetest photo of the boys hugging their mom

Underwood celebrated her 37th birthday on March 10, and Fisher posted a sweet photo to mark the occasion. He captured an image of Underwood’s two sons smothering her while she was on the floor; they were clearly giving her the biggest hugs they could. “Big hugs to momma bear on her special day. We love you so much!” part of the caption read.

Fans adored the photo. “This is freaking adorable!!!!” one user commented. “Very cute!!” someone else wrote. “Ok now that’s adorable,” another person added.

Underwood just released a new book and fitness app

Underwood has always cared a lot about staying healthy, and she recently released both a book and fitness app to help her fans stay healthy, too. She even went on a short book tour to promote the new endeavor, and it’s unclear if she’s taking a step back from music or just adding even more to her plate.

One thing is clear, though: She shows no signs of slowing down. Fans seem thrilled to learn about her tips and tricks for remaining healthy every day, and even as a working mother with two kids, she somehow still kills it.
