Christina Haack Steps Out With Her Kids After Ex-Husband Ant Anstead Files for Full Custody of Their Child
Christina Haack and Ant Anstead got married in 2018, though their marriage ended less than 2 years later. Anstead has since filed for full custody of the couple’s son, Hudson (born 2019).
Recently, amid the custody battle, Haack put her mommy skills on display while hanging out with her older kids from her marriage to Tarek El Moussa.

After Haack and Anstead divorced, they were granted joint legal and physical custody of Hudson. However, on April 28, 2022, news outlets reported that Anstead had filed for full custody of their son.
According to Anstead, his ex-wife was endangering their son and putting him at medical risk. He also claimed, per court documents obtained by TMZ, that Haack only spent “9 full days each month” with Hudson for the past 20 months. Additionally, Anstead wants Haack to not use Hudson for social media any “commercial endeavor” on social media without his permission.
Page Six reported that a judge recently denied Anstead’s request for full custody due to his “insufficient showing” of concerns surrounding his son. Anstead also “did not provide Haack with enough notice,” the outlet wrote.
Nevertheless, it seems Haack and Anstead will continue this battle. They will have a hearing on June 28.
In a statement, Haack responded to Anstead’s custody filing, saying, “What Ant is doing deeply saddens me. If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been handled privately with a private judge or mediation, as myself and my attorney have suggested. I have had my share of ups and downs but I am a good mom and I love my children with all my heart and I will always protect them.”

On April 30, Haack attended a soccer game to watch her son, Brayden (born 2015), play. She was accompanied by her daughter, Taylor (born 2010), and ex-husband Tarek El Moussa’s parents. The story was reported by TMZ, who noted that Hudson was not there.
“Christina Haack is going all out to prove she’s not the crappy mom that ex-husband Ant Anstead wants folks to believe … sitting on the sidelines for her kids’ soccer games,” the outlet wrote.

Although Haack and Anstead are still sorting out their custody agreements, both of them have since moved on romantically.
In July 2021, Haack began dating realtor Joshua Hall. The pair got married in April 2022, and Haack also legally took her new husband’s last name. Hall has even defended his wife amid Anstead’s custody filing.
“Never did I think taking on 3 kids from 2 other males would be easy. What I was sure of, the woman connected to them was worth it all,” Hall wrote on Instagram. “I am not these kids biological father, they have those. What I will be is the best example of a quality human being, always show them how to treat their mother with respect and support them in any way I can during their development.”
He also added, “I will always protect her, keep her safe and no one will hurt her with me in the picture. She doesn’t bother anyone, she deserves the same in return. I will ensure that’s the case.”
Meanwhile, Anstead is dating actor Renée Zellweger, whom he started seeing in June 2021.
