‘Counting On’ Star Jeremy Vuolo Talks Diet Tips and Life in Los Angeles

Jeremy Vuolo has wise dieting advice for his Counting On fans. The reality star, who recently moved to Los Angeles with his wife, Jinger Duggar, and their 1-year-old daughter, Felicity, shared his thoughts after posting a photo of himself chowing down on a burger. When a fan asked how he stays in shape after eating like that, Vuolo offered a classic response.

Vuolo teases his best dieting tips

Vuolo and Duggar have been living in Los Angeles for a few months now and are absolutely loving it — at least based on their social media activity. And when it comes to eating burgers, Vuolo does not seem to mind how they might affect his shape.

“That looks amazing! How do you stay in shape after eating that?” a fan asked Vuolo after he posted the burger pic.

“Don’t worry, you’ll still have a shape after eating this,” Jeremy Vuolo answered back.

A Counting On fan then asked the proud father what he thinks of La La Land. Vuolo did not reveal too many details, but he did assure everyone that the transition has been great.

According to In Touch Weekly, the family announced that they were leaving Laredo, Texas and moving to Los Angeles back in March. They moved so that Vuolo could finish his graduate degree at The Master’s Seminary.  In the months following their move, Duggar has changed her hair color and they’ve discovered a few favorite haunts around the city, including a coffee shop and a BBQ restaurant.

The couple’s move, of course, also sparked some controversy with her conservative parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, who would probably never dream of living somewhere like Los Angeles.  Despite the rumors, the entire Duggar family (well, most of them anyway) ventured to California this month for a special visit with Jeremy Vuolo and his family.

How is Felicity adjusting to her new digs?

So far, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo seem to have adjusted nicely to their busy lives in Los Angeles. Apart from settling on their favorite restaurants and coffee shops, the two have thoroughly explored the area.

Their journey to California, of course, will be included in the new season of Counting On, as well as their family’s recent visit.  A trailer for the new season shows the couple posing next to the Hollywood sign and Duggar breaking the family rules by wearing a pair of jeans (which she talks about in a confessional with her mom).

As far as Felicity is concerned, the little one has grown a lot since the family moved to the City of Angels.

Not only has Felicity started walking since they made the move, but Vuolo has been sharing photos of her growth on Instagram.

This includes an adorable post of the father and daughter posing together before enjoying a night out. Vuolo referred to Felicity as his “little lady” in the pic, which is about as cute as it gets. When it comes to having more children, Jeremy Vuolo and Jinger Duggar appear to be taking a break for the moment, though Counting On fans would love nothing more than to see them expand the family.

The Duggars go to Hollywood!

While we wait to see more of Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo, the rest of the family recently visited Los Angeles and spent some quality time with the couple. After a quick pit stop at the Grand Canyon, Jana Duggar confirmed that her family had landed safely in L.A.

She also posted some photos of the trip on Instagram, including a visit to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Brady Bunch house.  The Duggars do not watch a lot of television, but it looks like they did enjoy some episodes of the old series.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar also shared some photos from the visit on social media. The couple sounded excited about being in Los Angeles, which is a good sign that everyone is getting along.  Most of the Duggar family made the trip, including Josh Duggar and his children. Anna Duggar, however, missed out due to a death in her family.

TLC camera crews were on hand to capture the visit with Jeremy Vuolo and Jinger Duggar, so fans can expect to learn more in the coming weeks.
