‘Days of Our Lives’ Speculation: Philip Wrests Control of ‘Gabi Chic’ From His Ex — And Causes a War
Days of Our Lives has a barn-burner of a story between Philip and Gabi. The two exes have been at loggerheads ever since Philip discovered that Gabi was spying on him through the computer. Now, as he teams up with Ava — and she teams up with Jake — the latest speculation suggests that the war is just getting started.

On ‘Days of Our Lives,’ Philip is getting even with Gabi over ‘spyware-gate’
Previous Days of Our Lives speculation suggested that once Philip got hip to the game — once he realized that Gabi was spying on him — there would be all hell to pay. And our speculation proved correct.
“Jake’s prediction of somebody getting killed just may come to pass after all. And the scary part is, nobody’s going to miss Gabi if she happens to “turn up missing,” in a manner of speaking,” we said. “On the other hand, Philip might find it more prudent to simply torture Gabi. He can’t torture her if she’s gone, but he certainly can if she’s around. And Philip is exactly the kind of guy to go tit-for-tat with his ex, especially after all she did to him.”
What no one could have predicted was how savage Philip was going to get with his bloodlust. But this week’s Days of Our Lives episodes reveal a whole lot more than anyone bargained for.
He wrests Gabi Chic away from her
SoapHub‘s Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Philip will succeed in wresting Gabi’s company, Gabi Chic, away from her. Basically, Philip tells Gabi to make a choice: turn over the company, or her boyfriend “gets it.” That basically leaves Gabi with no other choice but to comply with her ex’s demands.
Look for Philip to pull this power move on the Oct. 7 episode of the show. But, according to Soaps @ SheKnows, there’s another, more sinister motive behind Philip’s business move. And, yes, that can only spell trouble for Jake, too.
You see, Philip wants to take down “Gabi’s hitman boyfriend” for all his crimes. It’s not that Philip doesn’t have them, himself — it’s just that his are more powerful than Gabi’s. But Gabi’s still got a few tricks up her sleeve, and she’s not about to go down quietly.
But this means the war is just getting started
Our latest Days of Our Lives speculation suggests that the war between Philip and Gabi is just getting started. Though we’re still not sure who will win in the battle of the supervillains, it looks like Philip will be walking away with the upper hand this week. And, during the week of Oct. 11th, it looks like something else will distract him away from getting even with his ex, so Gabi is safe…for now.
But there’s a bit of a fly in the ointment, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry. “When pressed, Jake will admit to Gabi that he indeed did dirtier work than he let on,” reports the outlet. Is this the first sign of cracks in their relationship?
