‘Days of Our Lives’ Wild Speculation: Chad Goes Ballistic When Abby is Murdered
Days of Our Lives has been teasing an Abby demise for several weeks now. But there’s another part of the equation that hasn’t quite been considered yet. Abby’s longtime love, Chad, will have to deal with the fallout if she is, indeed, murdered. What will he do when Abby dies?

On ‘Days of Our Lives,’ Abby’s death has been teased
There was some speculation that the Days of Our Lives power couple isn’t going to last. It’s normal for long-time soap opera couples to break up, only to get back together again through some stroke of fate. (In this case, that “stroke of fate” is Ron Carlivati’s pen.) But this time, “Chabby” felt…different.
Now, this is all just speculation, of course. Days of Our Lives has a funny way of turning things around in ways we least expect it.
A new report from Celeb Dirty Laundry speculates that Miller is gone from Days of Our Lives for good. The outlet claims that Miller is leaving the show to spend more time with her new baby and that her final episode has already been taped. What’s more, the outlet claims that Miller’s character of Abigail Devereaux DiMera won’t be reprised by Kate Mansi or any other actor, because the character has been killed off the show.
If these claims are, indeed, correct, Kristen DiMera seems to be providing Abby the “out.”
It seems like it will be at the hands of Kristen DiMera
The latest Days of Our Lives spoilers from SoapHub reveal that Abby is currently under the dastardly control of Kristen DiMera. The poor ingenue is stuck on DiMera Island, and just when she thought she’d had the upper hand, Kristen reminded her who was really in charge. Things are definitely not looking good for Chad’s wife.
“Over on DiMera Island, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) once again gains the upper hand, thanks to her trusty gun. She overtakes Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller) and gets her back under lock and key,” reports the outlet. “While Kristen is distracted by her sister-in-law, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) goes wandering the halls. She quickly comes across Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). This should be good news, right? Well, don’t expect this reunion to go the way anyone wants.”
So, it sounds like Kristen has terrible plans for poor Abby. And given that Abby’s death has already been teased in the past, it stands to reason that it will be at Kristen’s hands. But what will Chad do when his One True Love has been made “un-alive”?
Chad will go ballistic
Well, it stands to reason that Chad will go absolutely ballistic when Abby is killed. He’s fought for her love for all this time, and now that things are finally on the right track, he’ll be devastated when she’s gone for good. And when he finds out who did it — and why — we can expect Chad to do the unthinkable.
Of course, this is all just speculation. We’ll just have to tune in to upcoming episodes of Days of Our Lives to see what happens next.
