The 1 Reason Dean Unglert Does Not Post Much About Caelynn Miller-Keyes
In the age of social media, fans of public figures often feel entitled to celebrities’ personal lives. This is especially true for celebrities who appeared in any shows in the Bachelor franchise, as all of the shows center around dating and finding love. Dean Unglert, however, does not constantly post about his girlfriend Caelynn Miller-Keyes.
Dean Unglert prefers to keep his relationship with Caelynn Miller-Keyes private
At the end of 2019, Unglert posted a blog post recapping his past year. In the blog post, Unglert explained why he does not post as much as people would like about his relationship. Understandably, Unglert and Miller-Keyes want to keep their relationship as private as possible in the public eye.
“I receive a little bit of flack online for not sharing more about my relationship either here on deaniebabies.com or on Instagram, but that is intentional. in 2020 I plan on continuing on the same way. What we have been doing has been working and our relationship only grows stronger every single day. I think by keeping it more private, it allows us to cherish and hold it more dearly to ourselves,” he wrote in the blog post.
He is still grateful for the relationship
While Unglert does prefer to keep his relationship private, he does still post about Miller-Keyes on his social media. After his skiing accident and surgery, Unglert wrote a heartfelt post on Instagram about how Miller-Keyes was there for him.
“back in the states after an unfortunate turn of events in europe. it would have been a whole lot worse without my primary caretaker there to change my smelly socks, carry my luggage, and keep me entertained. thank you for everything you’ve already done and for everything you still unwittingly have to do @caelynnmillerkeyes,” Unglert wrote on Instagram.
The two are fostering a dog
Over the past couple of days, Miller-Keyes and Unglert have shared multiple pictures and videos on social media of their new foster dog, Pappy. The couple is fostering the senior dog temporarily. In an Instagram post, Unglert detailed how the couple decided to foster Pappy.
“when we first mentioned we wanted to foster a pup we received so many fantastic recommendations on where to go. the first day we went to the west LA animal shelter and met a lot of amazing dogs but none that would be good for me given the state of my leg,” Unglert wrote on Instagram.
He continued, “we actually saw pappy there too but couldn’t see him for some unknown reason. the next day we paid a visit to @wagsandwalks and, lo and behold, pappy was there! we took it as a sign and took him home as fast as we could.”
While Unglert knows that giving up Pappy once he is adopted will be hard, the Bachelor in Paradise star hopes fans will consider adopting or fostering shelter pets.
On Instagram, Unglert wrote, “this is my first time fostering and i already know it’ll be so hard to give him up so, in the meantime, we’re gonna give him all the love we can. if you’re thinking about getting a pup, please consider adopting or fostering. there are so many pups that have so much love to give, all they need is a chance!”
