From ‘The Disney Channel Games’ to ‘WandaVision’ — Here Are the New Television Shows Coming to Disney+ During February 2021

This streaming platform has plenty of binge-worthy shows debuting during February 2021. Here's what we know about the Disney+ release schedule for the upcoming month.

New episodes of Marvel’s ‘WandaVision’ premiere on a weekly basis

They are an unusual couple. However, are the events of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, Wanda and Vision are just looking to start fresh. With this Marvel series, Wanda and Vision traveled through different iconic sitcoms in history to live as a “normal” couple.

The first episode took inspiration from The Dick Van Dyke Show. The third episode included the swing set and interior design of The Brady Bunch. All the while, Wanda and Vision notice something is wrong with their reality.

Although this series first premiered in January 2021, new episodes featuring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany will premiere on the streaming platform on a weekly basis, each showcasing a different era of television.

‘The Muppet Show’

Kermit and his friends starred in their wholesome series for several years. Now, seasons 1 through 5 of The Muppet Show will be available for Disney+ subscribers. This original Muppets television show debuts on Disney+ on Feb. 19.

There are already plenty of movies and television shows starring the Muppets on this streaming platform. That includes the 2020 release Muppets Now, which featured celebrities like Aubrey Plaza, Seth Rogen, and RuPaul.

‘Disney Pair of Kings’

What’s it like being a twin in high school? This Disney XD series features Disney Channel actors like Mitchell Musso (of Hannah Montana,) Doc Shaw (of Suite Life on Deck,) and Adam Hicks (of Lemonade Mouth) telling the story of brothers who discover they are the heirs to the throne of the island nation. Disney Pair of Kings debuts on Disney+ on Feb. 26.

‘The Disney Channel Games’ (Season 1)

An era in Disney Channel history, this series featured the stars of several original television shows and movies competing as teams. These teams had beloved actors from several Disney Channel shows and movies.

That includes Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and The Cheetah Girls. The 2008 version of the games, featuring the Sprouse twins and the Jonas brothers premieres on Disney+ on Feb. 26.

This month also features several movies created by Disney, some already released and others coming exclusively to this streaming platform. That includes both movies in the Cheaper by the Dozen franchise, as well as the story of a girl and a squirrel, Flora and Ulysses.
