Do These Pictures Prove Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk Are Getting Back Together?
Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper’s 2019 breakup was a surprise to most fans. The couple had been together, seemingly happily, for four years before Cooper’s role in A Star is Born thrust their relationship into the limelight. Shortly after the movie came out, the two split. But now, new pictures of the former couple have fans hoping that they have gotten back together.

Though they are no longer together, Shayk and Cooper share a four-year-old daughter, Lea. The two met up to hang out with Lea as a family over the weekend in New York City. Photographers were able to capture pictures of the family playing together. In one picture, Cooper smiles warmly at Shayk. While there has been no word on the couple getting back together romantically, there is seemingly no animosity between the two as they co-parent.
Did ‘A Star is Born’ affect Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk’s relationship?
When fans saw Gaga and Cooper onscreen together in A Star is Born, they immediately believed something was going on between the two. While the two have both denied that anything romantic happened between them, the movie was still hard on Cooper’s relationship with Shayk.
“Bradley was emotionally absent during the long time filming A Star Is Born,” an entertainment source told People at the time. “They tried to save the relationship but it had changed.”
Cooper did, reportedly, turn to Gaga for advice during that time.
“Bradley has worn his heart on his sleeve through his relationship struggles and Gaga was there for him all along the way to listen and provide any advice she could give,” a source close to Cooper told HollywoodLife. “Bradley knows her as Stefani and they built that friendship through filming and they have had many talks because, honestly, they both have had relationships that have gone sour. They have experienced similar struggles.”
Irina Shayk won’t talk about the relationship
Throughout their relationship, Shayk and Cooper were very private.
“I have a lot of friends who share a lot of their personal life on Instagram or social media, very publicly,” Shayk told Glamour U.K. in 2019. “I admire it and I think it’s great—but I think it’s all about personal choice. Because my work requires me to be out there, I just decided my personal life will be quiet. That’s why it’s called personal, because it’s something for you and your family and I feel happy with it.”
And even now that they are broken up, Shayk still doesn’t like to speak about Cooper publicly.
“My past relationship, it’s something that belongs to me, and it’s private,” she recently told Elle. “It’s just a piece of my inner self that I don’t want to give away.”
Not only does Shayk not talk about her past relationship, but she doesn’t read about it either.
“I don’t read what is out there,” she continued. “Honestly, I’m too busy raising a child. If they want to write articles [about me], they’re doing their job. I’m concentrating on my life and my friends. The rest is just noise.”
