Duggar Family: Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo’s Sneaker Collection Is Worth a Decent Amount of Money

Now that Jinger Duggar is Jinger Vuolo, she's enjoying the finer things in life. Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, have abandoned all money-saving tactics and are laying down some serious dough for their sneaker collection. Between the Jordans and the Air Max 90s, the LA couple owns thousands of dollars worth of sneakers.

Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo have ventured far from Jinger’s family in Arkansas. First, the pair called Texas home. Now they are living in Los Angeles, with no intention of moving again soon. The further the duo moves from Jinger’s home state, the more they seem to abandon the Duggar family’s principles. Most noticeably, they’ve dumped the “buy used and save the difference” mentality. In recent months, Jinger and Jeremy have been showing off an impressive array of high-end sneakers. They’ve been snapped wearing everything from Jordans to Nike Air Max 90s to Nike Dunks. So, how much is their sneaker collection worth? More than you think.

Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo’s sneaker collections continue to grow

Duggar family followers have largely criticized the Vuolos for consistently trying out new personas. The young couple has spent the last several years changing their style. Family critics think they are doing so to find one that is most appealing to the masses. Duggar family critics insist the Vuolos are interested in being famous, and the constantly changing wardrobes are their way of testing out different vibes. For the last year, they appear to have settled on an urban culture vibe. More specifically, the ultra-conservative Christian couple dove into the sneaker world.

Sneakerheads belong to a subculture in urban fashion. They are a group of fashion enthusiasts who have set their sights on the most sought-after sneakers on the market. Some sneakerheads prefer Nikes, while others focus their obsession on Adidas shoes. Some sneaker fans narrow their focus down even further to just Jordan sneakers. Jinger and Jeremy appear to have a clear preference for Nike-branded sneakers.

Jinger has been photographed wearing several different pairs of Jordans, as has Jeremy. Both appear to have a pair of Jordan Retro 4s that were popular over the summer. Jinger also owns Nike Dunks and several pairs of Air Max shoes. Duggar family followers have spied Jeremy wearing several different Air Maxes, as well. He appears to have a particular affinity for the Air Max 90. Occasionally, photographs have shown him wearing Adidas Ultraboosts, too. The Ultraboost line is popular with sneakerheads interested in comfort.

How much are the sneakers they rock really worth?

Jinger and Jeremy don’t just like shoes; the couple seems to have a particular penchant for hard-to-grab limited release sneakers. In the most recent photo that Jeremy shared of Jinger on Instagram she appears to be wearing a pair of black and white Nike Dunks, affectionately known as the Pandas. Once considered a skater sneaker, the style has become a favorite among sneaker enthusiasts. The Dunks Jinger was seen wearing retailed for $100 but are now selling on aftermarket sites for almost $300.

The Jordan Retro 1s Jeremy wore to deliver a sermon in August retailed for $150 and are selling on aftermarket sites for more than double. The “Chicago” colorway is highly sought-after. Jeremy also likely pays around $150 per pair for his ever-growing Air Max 90 collection, and Jinger is plunking down the same for her rotation of Jordans. While the duo doesn’t appear to have any sneakers that most enthusiasts deem “grails,’ the large rotation of sneakers fans have seen them in are worth several thousand dollars.

Several members of the Duggar family have abandoned the principle, too

While Jinger and Jeremy have blatantly sidestepped the Duggar family’s “buy used and save the difference” mentality, they are not the only ones. The married couples with income of their own appear to prefer new things, including top-end electronics and higher-end clothing. Jill Dillard and Derick Dillard also seem to be moving away from the mentality. They own smartphones and laptops. While their clothing choices aren’t nearly as extravagant as Jinger and Jeremy’s, all of their clothing appears new, and so do their shoes.

The Duggar girls have also adopted the hair salon, doing away with at-home perms and boxed hair color. Jinger was the first to go blonde. Several months later, Jill visited a salon for a rather extreme haircut. Most recently, Jana Duggar, who remains unmarried, underwent a hair makeover in a professional salon. With the family’s reality TV show, Counting On, now canceled, fans can’t help but wonder if Jana and Jinger will revert to some of their old money-saving tactics, though. Jill and her family are not reliant on the show’s income to stay afloat.
