‘Euphoria’: Fans Are Sure Zendaya Is Dating Her Costar After Seeing These Pictures
Fans have been shipping Zendaya with pretty much every costar that she has ever had. When she was in Spider-Man: Far From Home, people were sure that she was dating her costar and movie love interest Tom Holland. Now that she is on Euphoria, fans have been trying to pin her to a number of her costars. Most recently, rumors have been floating around that the actress may be dating Jacob Elordi.
But new pictures may prove that this relationship is more than a fan wish.
Rumors of Jacob and Zendaya together
Elordi and Zendaya may play each other’s nemesis on Euphoria, but in real life, they have been getting quite cozy. Earlier this year, Zendaya gave Erlordi the Rising Star honor at the American Australian Association Arts Awards. While presenting the award, she called him her “best friend.”
And Elordi shared those sentiments in an interview with GQ Australia.
“She’s super dope to work with,” he told the outlet of Zendaya.”She’s an incredible artist and a very caring person to all of us. But we’re all really close. There is not one weak link in that show. We’ve spent so much time together and everyone is just so cool to work with.”
He went on to say that she was “like a sister” to him.
Zendaya and Jacob get close
Though both Zendaya and Elordi have been denying rumors that they are more than friends, the costars were recently seen getting cozy in New York City. The photos show the two sitting side by side and Elordi sweetly kissing Zendaya’s head.
“They were showing each other things on their phones and laughing,” a witness told E! News. “She seemed to be really enjoy being with him. At one point he reached over and kissed her on the forehead. She had a big smile on her face and was very comfortable with them.”
Later, Elordi took a few photos of the actress before they left, according to the source.
“They walked in sync and looked happy together,” the source continued. “Zendaya couldn’t help but break into a big smile from time to time. At the end of their date, Jacob hailed a cab for them and got the door for Zendaya. She hopped in and looked over at him with a big smile again.”
Fan reactions
Fans are definitely here for the possible relationship between the costars.
“Jacob Elordi,” one fan tweeted. “I love you for making Zendaya the happiest she’s ever been. I’ve never seen her this happy.”
“Liking every Zendaya and Jacob Elordi tweet I see on my tl and then some,” another person wrote.
“Zendaya walking around nyc smiling and taking funny photos of her and Jacob is literally the purest thing,” another person wrote.
Zendaya’s ideal man
Though some actresses steer clear of others in the industry, Zendaya has always wanted to be with someone who understands her job.
“There’s just certain things in our lives that’s hard for people to understand if they don’t live it,” she told CR Fashion Book in 2018. “Like if I have to explain what a call time is or why I have to start glam early. I’m not just sitting around all day. I’m on camera, I’m shooting, I’m working, I can’t have my phone. But that doesn’t mean somebody who’s not in the industry can’t understand it or wouldn’t want to learn or understand it.”
And who could understand her better than Elordi, a guy who is on the same show as her?
