What happened between Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack?

Back in July 2021, there was a report by TMZ that alleged that El Moussa verbally assaulted Haack during the filming of Flip or Flop. El Moussa reportedly “lost his cool and went on a verbal tirade” against his ex-wife and even said his current partner was “hotter and richer” than her.

“Look at me, look at me, look at me. It’s called winning,” the source claimed El Moussa said.

The insider also said the house flipper claimed to have “made” his ex-wife and reportedly called her a “washed-up loser.”

Following the incident, another insider told People that El Moussa was “remorseful” about what happened and after the story had leaked to the press.

“They did get into a disagreement. Tarek lashed out and he’s super remorseful,” the tipster said. “They’re exes who share a history and children and a workplace, but outside of co-parenting, they’re not friends.”

The former couple continued to film season 10 which premiered in the latter part of 2021. Having El Moussa and Haack on the screen again made some fans happy again as the stars have amazing chemistry on screen.

Why is ‘Flip or Flop’ ending?

Although El Moussa and Haack made it work on Flip or Flop for many seasons despite their divorce, they reportedly decided to end their working relationship. TMZ reported that contracts for both stars on the show were up and had been in negotiations for season 11.

However, a source told the portal that “all parties involved just wanted to end series on a high note.” The source dispelled speculation the show was ending due to their previous reported altercation.

El Moussa recently got married to Heather Rae and Haack is engaged to marry her fiancé, Joshua Hall. Both stars are in different moments in their lives and a new chapter professionally is about to open up.
